How often do these judges hire reality show singers?

Many of the singing show judges are music composers. I often see them praise the singers as if the second they step outside of the show, people will be standing in a line to work with them. But I rarely see these music directors with the capability to hire singers work with these contestants themselves. I have even seen them promise the singers things which I rarely see pan out. They say things like I want to create songs that you can sing or your voice is so meant for playback singing. If it is so meant for playback then you don't you give them a chance? Do you guys remember contestants coming out of the show and then working with a particular judge in any meaningful way. Or work with one of the guest judge even?

I remember Vishal and Shekhar hired Amanat Ali for one song in Dostana after SRGMP 2007. They also worked with Kamal Khan 2-3 times. Ishq Sufiyana won him (them) nominations and awards. I think they also worked with Raja Hassan, Harshit Saxena and Abhijeet Sawant in 1 or 2 songs. Nothing big or memorable. They took them when there were a group of singers for one song. Nothing that would've helped them in their career.

Anu Malik worked with Rahul Vaidya twice I think in Shaadi no1 and Jaan-e-maan. He also worked with Salman Ali in Sab Badiya hai again group singing.

Himesh I think worked with someone but I can't remember who.

There have been so many composers who judge singing shows. It is unfortunate they don't actually help the talent on their shows succeed outside.

They may give a select one or two an opportunity, at most 3-4 songs.

I think in every season at least 2 contestants get signed for an album. But after few songs they disappear😆

In recent times only Anu worked with the finalists of season 10 on Sui Dhaaga.

Other than that, Salman Ali sang a song for Salim-Sulaiman and Sajid-Wajid.

Vibhor Parashar did some singles with Neha Kakkar (Desi Music Factory) but that was more noise; I don't consider it and it was a serious downgrade compared to what his singing capability is.

Ankush Bhardwaj worked with Anandji of Kalyanji-Anandji in Times of Music and has done a few independent singles.
