Imlie reaches late at the puri sabzi road side stall , where she n her young partner sell Aloo puri on a thela . He complains that she was missing all morning and he had to do all the work himself . She better work here as they were 50-50 partners . Imlie apologises and assures she will be there . She serves Aloo puri to many customers who appreciate the taste of her cooking .

She shares her dreams of becoming a chef of a hotel some day , soon after she completes all her pending responsibilities . Her partner supports n encourages her.

Agasthay’s Daadi is being shown pics of Agasthya enjoying himself at a local liqueur bar..Theka deshi … n showering the bar dancers n singers with money.

Sonali Didi speaks of him in poorlight n states he was habituated to shower money on females n was unfit to shoulder business responsibilities.

Agasthaya accuses Sonali of secretly getting his pictures clicked . He accuses that she sent her secretary to persuade him to go n sit in that bar as he was unwilling for the same . He asks how did his pics from that bar reach her ? Sonali has no reply , so he makes it clear that Sonali was trying to frame him and project him in poor light before the family .

Atharva has a clash with his step sister Sonali . She wants their family business to be carried on the way she wanted , but Agasthya has other ideas . They have argument n face off . Daadi tries to make peace .Daadi warns they better resolve their differences or one of them will be disinherited. Both are alarmed .

Agasthya needs a good chef for his hotel , he decides to have a cookery contest ,and the winner will be selected on basis of merit , he publishes pamphlets for that contest .

As he is driving by Imlie’s thela, she offers him poori sabzi from her thela .

One pamphlet flies off n reaches Imlie .

Her partner helps her read the pamphlet. She is keep to take part in that contest n win the position of chef at hotel .
