On the November 10 episode, Sai Ketan Rao was very convincing with Gattu's expressions as he gradually realized that Imlie^3 putting a price tag on his endangerment of her wasn't consistent with her pride ... why would she charge for almost gang rape with head beating an amount five times less than she charged for the marriage ... she must have urgent expenses ... he wants to support her, not just make up for his own guilt.

It was a good choice to say "Are you serious?" without any of Gattu's earlier contempt for Imlie^3's apparent mercenary motives, and with a hint of disappointment. Without any unnecessary dramatics, Gattu reminded Imlie^3 of the seriousness of his offense, conveying his sincerity and the wheels turning in his head.

Without any words after Imlie^3 refused to share her predicament with him, Gattu's watery eyes and his flaring nostrils communicated his realization that he deserves to be shut out for insulting her nonstop.

Actors put effort into all sorts of scenes, but the ones where a character's ongoing thoughts are the subtext of the dialogue are a special challenge. Well done, Sai Ketan Rao!

Sabke brain wash karke rakha hai. See one man cheated and destroyed so many lives. His kids are still suffering and in pain. His wife still lives his betrayal and isn't able to move on. His daughter will now suffer in the marriage coz she doesn't want to face the same fate as her mother. Agastya is called illegitimate and knows his mom killed his father. What a life. The other elders in the family can't do anything about this mess too.

Absolutely ! It’s too one sided. I still feel Agasthya’s mother was a victim. Possibly Daadi turned the story around to save her son. Daadi is compensating her guilt with all the love she showers on Agasthya.

Okay so whatever I saw on the online links - I still feel there is a big chunk of the puzzle that is missing in the past. I feel the family thinks that the bar dancer Meera ensnared the son of the house and trapped him. But I think the story might be different. And if the business was indeed started by Agastya's father where did the guy had time to indulge in with Meera. The story might be different and maybe Imlie will dig up the past and will get the closure to Agastya.

And I don't think they can erase off the son of Alka just like that. The dialogue of Chachi was meant to sound different - It was not supposed to mean Kunal wanted son rather Kunal loved sons and since it was a boy with Meera he was attached to the child. This perfectly fits in the patriarchal bring up of the people in Chaudary mansion. So yeah maybe if Meera had sired an daughter then maybe she would also have been given the surname but would have been married off at the earliest chance and would have been packed off to her sasural. I guess with the child being boy, Dadi took upon herself to raise the child and give him proper education and even sent him to foreign for studies. But I guess the inferiority complex is deep down in agastya's mind and he thinks low of himself and that is why he overcompensates - Like doing anything to uphold the family's name and business even to the point of doing a contract marriage.

I really hope we get some clarity on the brother of Agastya and Alka's son. Otherwise what is the relationship of Ashu with Agastya ? I guess we will get the clarity later on and I also want to know why Agastya's brother was okay with the illegitimate child but not the sister and the mother? We have seen some childhood scenes of Agastya and his brother too and his death scene too. I really hope the creatives don't forget the brother here.

And I am really glad that Sonali has been packed off for some time. I don't want her to be with Amrit - Nope not after the way Amrit was leeching off her and lusting on other women. But Sonali was becoming too bitter and would have been hell bent on hurting Agastya even more. Sonali is like the petulant child who knows only to do zidd. Maybe Sonali being a little alone she will try to regain a little more perspective. And also Amrit will most probably realize that he can't smooch off more money from the chaudary's any more.

Now I am thinking that the fire might be started by Amrit by being vengeful. I am looking forward to what Agastya says to Imlie and does the conversation of the elder brother come between them.

Also can Gul stop being over meherbaan for other PHs. Concentrate on your stories and your cast and your show please. The past was such an important thing and the reveal was very pheeka. If there are other layers to the past then do the reveal accordingly - reveal something and leave something for the next big reveal. But the episode did not match up the intensity with which the story was progressing. And I blame all that on the over worked cast and crew who are doing longer episodes to accommodate the padosi show. Let's hope the next episode is cut more crisp.

Yeah it was a little pheeka.. and you are right chachi ne dialogue galat bola hai ..I think she meant he is found of boy child and he was happy Meera could give him that .. this makes sense haina

And yeah coming to Meera killing her husband .. there is something to it Did they say Meera died ?? If not then chances she might come back in future
Coming to my boy , he was brilliant in the cliff scene .. absolutely silent but eyes spoke a lot

I think Chachi says that before Meera could be sent to jail she died. I don’t think Meera is coming back but I think she might have been a victim not what these people are saying. Anyway the write up of past was not strong and dumdaar. Let’s see what they show next. In TV shows sometimes we need to ignore small bloopers but I really hope Gul concentrates on her production more than helping out others by cutting longer episodes

He's working this holiday man. What on earth. The other show actors are busy bragging about their holiday while Sai has to work to compensate for some other show.

The quality of the writing is going down, the vfx was so pathetic pucho hi math, everyone is overworked. Gul really needs to be ashamed of making her team work on a holiday.

Sai is giving articles pe articles about a working diwali. I'm so mad that Addy was able to get an off for Durga Pooja but Sai ko dene ki planning nai kar paye PH. For over 3 weeks they are compensating for other shows aur kitne din chalega yeh? And why this meherbani when it's not a 4 lions show??? Trp is also the same and not increasing.

All I care about is Sai spending diwali with his family and his family will be alone this time. It just hurt me so much 😭

I’m sure Sai will get an off or at most an half day tomorrow. Generally Lakshmi Pooja is an off day. Though the team may stretch really late tonight.

As for the show timing, I’m sure the PH and the channel have mutually discussed. No one works without benefits.

But yes, in general, there should be some working norms for ITV cast and crew. Have fixed working hours. Give an off at regular intervals.

How do these people expect our boy to look good after such gruelling schedules.

Yes the actions of one man with so many consequences and one sided perceptions that nobody wants to see beyond, which is where Imlie will bring about change me thinks.

I know non of us liked all the preaching from her the other day but I can see this happening more as the story, however patchy, unfolds. By preaching and supporting Agastya, she will change his thinking over time regarding his mum and herself, gradually the rest of the family will follow suit too but that will take much longer. Sonali though despite deep down she knows what will be the right thing, she will continue to be as is towards Agastya with her hubby supporting her more I think as they will team up against both Agastya & Imlie. Just my speculation for today but what do I know lol.

chachi dialogue was " meera ko jail ho gai par usne apni saza kaatne se pehle dum thod diya " . This means Agasthya mother Meera surely died but this dialogue has ambiguity too. Did Meera completed partial jail term and then died or she died immediately after she was convicted.

They still haven't shown who had actually pulled the trigger and according to flashback Kunal took meera alone in the room. Chachi another dialogue was " Amma ji beech bachav karne gayi thi par Der ho gaya "

So dadi knows the actual truth which maybe be still hidden from Agastya and other family members
