Episode begins with Rathode family feeling very happy that Imli did what they all failed for last five yes . Imli managed to go to office . Malini arrives and declares Imli’s aim of staying here was over , she could now leave .

Malini hands two tickets to Imli for her cheeni to return to PD village .

Imli recollects how Aryan wanted to be left alone . She decides to leave . Narmada and Arpita are distraught at the thoughts of a Imli leaving them again . Arpita calls up Aryan and complains that Imli bhaabhi was leaving . Aryan who is driving to office gets FBs of all the recent moments spent in company of Imli . She too gets FBs of all the scenes with Aryan . Aryan asks Arpita to allow Imli n Cheeni to leave .
Cheeni protests n throws tantrum and pleads everyone to stop Imli , Cheeni wants to stay back to Rathore house .As Imli is leaving with Cheeni , Cheeni faints .

AryLie and NarArpSun are all distraught . Malini is sure Cheeni was acting , just to stay back in this house . Malini tries to wake up , Imli shouts at Malini to keep distance from Cheeni . Malini failed to appreciate Seeta maiyya’s blessings , she was no more allowed to come near Cheeni .

Aryan is seen carrying unconscious Cheeni to hospital, Imli joins him. At hospital she is diagnosed with serious ailment , she needs surgery and also blood transfusion.

Arya declares he was same blood group and Cheeni , he donated blood to Cheeni
Doctor asks Imli if she was the mother n knew Cheeni’s past medical history. Malini over hears as Imli narrates she was not her mother n how Cheeni suffered same problem when she was 3 months old Na d was again saved by blood transfusion. malini realises Cheeni was her own daughter whom she had abandoned .

She recollects FBs of the scene when she had left her baby . She decides tk snatch her haughtier from Imli.
