This is why they completely destroyed the dynamics but if you notice carefully they smartly put their characters into same trauma they had when they met first time but intensity is more. Aryan is back into his survivour's guilt and Imlie is also retraumatised again by bringing malini and Akt. They can't bring AKT in person so they brought him cleverly in form of cheeni. All the insecurities regarding him will be addressed through cheeni. They could now show all major plotlines that they had to rush through. And the pacing and execution of post leap episodes is quite good.. First 3 episodes they addressed Aryan's emotions post leap and now they are slowly addressing Imlie's emotions .

One more benefite is star recognising value of Arylie. And it is keen on captalising on it. Hence, it gave team go ahead for reboot.

They could actually tell their slow burn story this time. And channel also won't interfer much bcz Arylie is bringing them profits both online, offline and via RWSP.

Arylie story was anyway about second chances,healing through love. This is exactly where we have come again a second chance of both of them at love with eo. Them healing their partners.

Your post is making me excited. I'm just a sucker for slow burn, angsty, second chance stories and when we have two powerhouse performers whose chemistry is so sizzling, fireworks are bound to happen

not about the skin show .. but about the circumstances u weave around it .. the aura u create with the ckts involved… hence the holi scene is still burnt in our psyche 😄
