Thank you all for the wishes. šŸ¤—

My sister is back home and is with my parents. She's doing fine. Will have to take rest for next 2weeks.

@Harani....what you said is right. And that's how many of us have been brought up. I too have been like that to some extent. But now, I have learned to be little selfish when it comes to my health. Because, if we don't take care of our health, then at the end it's the same people we are going to keep them burdened with which again will cause us tension. So, better to prefer prevention than cure. That's where my sister is behaving like Imlie. Even now after the medical procedure, she wanted to return to her in law's place, as her mother in law is alone and since she has only one month vacation she wants to spend more time with her mother in law. We have no issue on that matter as she is the pet of her in laws and she was the only one her father in law would heed to when he was bedridden last year. The problem is that their place is at a little bit remote area and due to the rains & all, the roads there are completely dilapidated. That was even one reason her gynaec related bleeding became worse 3days back. She hid it from my parents and insisted in going back to her in law's place as there was some memorial prayer arranged for her late father in law next day. Since it was a sensitive matter my parents too didn't stop her. And next day the emergency happened with her fainting & all. This is where I had to sunaofy her khoob saare. šŸ˜”

Thank you Mrinal. We all are eating her head including my son. So, she has to take rest at any cost. šŸ˜†

That's me too. This is why I say our perspective/labeling needs to change. Again I am saying like an old record, books, movies, TV, social media are a way of bringing it out/normalise that being selfish is ok and it's healthy. There needs to be a boundary. I myself know it but finds it very difficult to put in reality.
