The episode begins with Malini in the chair of Editor of Bhaskar Times . She gets interested as the reporter Swapnil informs an interesting story from Pagdandiya Village. Malini vouches to destroy PD village because it had snatched her husband n her father from her life .
At PD village Imli vouches , just as she got rid of one bad custom of the village she will cure PD village of all its ailments . . Cheeni and Imli are seen bonding together n sharing sweet moments . Meethi comes n reprimands both of them for staying out of house whole night . Cheeni informs how they prevented forcible marriage of a girl . Meethi is pleased to about hear this noble act by the two girls.
Two villagers arrive and humiliate and insult Imli for being fatherless and accuse Cheeni for being same .Cheeni gives it back to the villagers, exposes their nefarious deeds and sends them scooting to save their own faces, warns them never again to speak anything in poor light about Imli who was her father n mother both n Meethi was their Naani .
Meethi and Imli are so proud n impressed with Cheeni .
At BT office Malini publishes wrong news about PD village to malign them. When Reporter Swapnil suggest they take remedial measures . Consult Aryan for this . Malini threatens to dismiss him from his job if he publishes any remedial measures. She wants to malign PD village . She refuses to consult Aryan who never visited BT office last five years .
At Rathore house Aryan notices the news about PD village published by his newspaper, Arpita asks if he was still concerned about PD n it’s villagers . Aryan refuses to react , but Arpita challenges ..
At Rathore house , Aryan is shattered n broken and mourning the loss of Imli , Narmada and Arpita try to calm n console him, ask him to get over Imli since it was five years now n they were tired .
