Imlie obviously doesn't deserve to be blamed for the miscarriage itself as it was an accident. I think a lot of people are blaming Imlie for her actions prior to the miscarriage. She never took care of herself and Cheeku despite Aryan asking her so many times. He even ended up taking her to the C house cause he knew she would just end up going by herself. Aryan's anger is also coming from the same place, considering how many times he has asked her to take care of herself and Cheeku.

No one deserves to lose their child. Not Imlie, not Aryan and not even a vile woman like Malini(hypothetically)
