Imlie memory loss?

What do you say guys? Do you think the stair fall caused memory loss and that is why Imlie is in Pagdandiya as her old self (in her old attire without any sindoor and stuff)?Would be good to see Aryan keep a watch on her and then Imlie slowly falling in love with him all over again
