@bold - Exactly. I feel the society as a whole wasn't so woke back in the day so we didn't really hate him for his arseholery. But a decade later, we see Aryan arm-twisting Imlie into a marriage by giving her choice and even teaching her to negotiate it, still we couldn't bear it. It felt so wrong. Now as a society we are more woke about topics like women's rights and can't bear it to watch it even in tv shows which are just a piece of fiction at the end of the day.

Oh My mother's fav it was IPK she was a fan of khushi and asr and I loathed asr as a character even back then for his remarks n taunts to khushi maybe I was in college .. just coz my mom was seeing I used to see ... maan I liked .... rest all I feel rinse repeat till imlie 2.0

I feel of all the people FK aced the art of keeping in subtle especially in angst part .... nowhere it looks like he is going ott till now touchwood
