I might be in minority but I actually feel like introducing ex might be good idea . MV leaving messed up so many good tracks and ITV usually requires a 3rd angle to spice things up. Trp audience loves triangle drama . Arylie relationship though progressing at baby steps is still stuck in same gear in denial even after experiencing NDE. They both need a strong push to accept their feelings and this Ex will be act like a catalayst. Also it will actually give them template to reverse the adilie tropes. Aryan and adi are both different indiviuals ,their way to deal.with 3rd angle will be different. Aryan knows when and where to draw the line. And also Imlie is hella possesive about Aru, we never get to see it because that guy literally worships the floor she walks in. But the moment , if aryan gives slight attention to.some one else ( might be his guilt due to Ex suicide) , she will loose it. She is so used to having aryan having all.for herself. With BD she has not shown any jealousy bcz she knows aryan just doesnt care but with Ex it will be different. More than ex ,I think she might be his good friend who had feelings for him . With this track they can actually show what went wrong in Imlie's previous relationship and how boundaries are really neccessary .

Also, with Akt gone many of their subplots are gone , so they now actually have to create whole new subplots which they are slowing trying to do.

Imlie show needs good villian and drama quotient to sustain and what better than having blast from past.

PS: I know many people finding madhav sweet and cute but he actually gives me Jang jun woo vibes from k drama Vincenzo who started as sweetest intern to FL but was actually the main psychopathic villian. What if Madhav actually is realated to aryan's ex and have to avenge wrong from Aryan. Aryan is smart, calculative guy so what better way than destroying him by coming in his blind spot .

After watching today's episode, their maybe small separation where imlie might go to PD. CVS hinting it from yesterday episode. Aryan totally disappointing today. He don't want his sister to married to Sundar but he did Married imlie, he is hitting imlie hard. Arylie biggest strength is their trust and it's tested now. Yes imlie is imposing but it's doesn't meant she don't care for arpi and she can't stand arpi happiness, he will regret his words. He didn't told her what his intentions is to marry her and she didn't told him she came for him second time.

They both needs to communicate and they have so much to clear. I think this small selection is required. Let's see what they do.
