I may be among the minority. But, I liked the song played in today's episode, probably because the lyrics suited them well. Especially the lines used for Aryan. I could really feel the pang of Aryan's heart of wanting to confess but can't, when male voice & lines play out. Even Imlie's lines could be felt; but since she's still in denial it didn't feel that intense as Aryan. That's it.

There may be other and better choices no doubt but there are also copyright issues. Maybe they weren't able to get permission to use those other and better choices or had to fork out more for their usage.
