Adini shaadi was much better off. I mean that time I wondered why show this much dhoom dhaam subjecting Imlie to taunts and all. But at least, after every taunt, she picked herself up (thanks to Aryan) and we did have some light moments when they were akele. Apart from showing off many outfits here, I don't see much happening here. It's getting repetitive. Apart from using this shaadi as a tool for torture to Adi (& us), I don't see the point.

yes it had all the elements

suspense, drama and kept us on the edge as to what will happen next

here nothing new nothing new

and its not even serving the purpose of torturing adi, we hardly get to see his reactions like we did for imlie in adini wedding, he has little to nil SS unless it picks up in coming episodes, its a good opportunity to give a direction to his character because effectively his life is ruined currently, it does things to a person.. he should actively take actions either to get imlie back or move on, being passive aggressive doesn't cut it

The whole point of this drawn out shaadi was for Adi to go through the same dard that Imlie went through, right? All I see is the same "I ate raw ginger" expression plastered on him. But iske alaava he isn't doing anything much. As much as we love an episode w/o any of the Ts..a story/show doesn't work that way..a group of characters drives it forward. Unfortunately or fortunately, the Ts are all.what we have at the moment. We have to make use of every single person. Adi's thoughts were wrong in the first place...that Imlie would come running to me. No..uh.uh..pick yourself and do something about it. You have some pictures on the wall right.. show her that,manipulate her. Imlie has to learn to see through these manipulations and decide fpr herself. That's why, even briefly, I liked that he tried to throw coloyr at Imlie. Trying to win against Aryan.

well he's not shown manipulative tbh

whatever manipulation we talk about from his end has always been unconscious

he's basically a narcissist that's all and the current behaviour is mating his character well

in fact all are in character just narrative/story is lacking

Agree. Was quoting Aryan's words there. I thought he would show Imlie the pics & go into a "Imlie, yaad karo" zone. Mighty curious if such a situation arises, how will Imlie react?

Actually this is the right time to give a turn to his character as his life is effectively ruined.

Before malini pf he had the security of his friend and responsibility of child to look forward to...

Now he's also as lost as imlie and watching imlie marrying his enemy is no less torture which his mother is putting him through. The fam didn't bother to remind him he's still married with a child on the way but wants him to witness the wedding of the girl he proposed 'to open his eyes' like wtf dude 🙄
