@bold1: Honestly, blue, he was damned if he did and damned if he didn’t. If he had shown any softness when she said pyaar, she would have rejected that and torn him to shreds too. Nope. Still a completely hormone driven, impulsive, blinded by Tlove flake for me.

Yaaaas to @bold 2: Fahmaan just nails that transition too, I rewatched that scene a few times. How he goes from a shocked, gulping because she was on to something, oh shit, flustered look to a stormier, hardened ASR. Every single time, a standing ovation for emoting this character so well.

On a serious note though, I think her happiness is his priority now that she has declared and he is convinced, that she is no longer interested in BS jaap. He will do whatever it takes to maximize her happiness, in the process minimizing ours. Aru is the only one right now that I totally get.
