Asi tabwalking at BT office and Malini calls him up .
Malini asks if he was working with Imlie . Adi informs he could not work with her because she was no more his colleague but his boss .
Malini then instigates Adi to stop taking orders from Village girl Imli n protest against injustice . She was having an affair with the CEO and was taking advantage of him to get promotions .Malini instigates him to go against Imlie .

While she is talking Adi walks into her office and hands her his resignation . Adi wants to leave forthwith n asks her to cut his notice period pay from his salary . He asks for permission to leave .Imli is stunned n does not reply . Adi walks out of BT office .Imli is upset after Adi walks out , Imli thinks of T family members n is sure they will be very hurt . . Nish feels Imli must have stopped him but he does not listen to her anymore . Malini argues with T family that they better start thinking from Adi’s point of view l
At T house Adi returns and Aparna meets him in the hall . Aparna questions him, He informs he had resigned from his job, Rupi, Pankaj, Aparna confront him, why he quit his dream job. Adi states he was having problem with working under Imli , as she was using her closeness with Aryan to get out of furn promotions .
Aparna reprimands him for letting his ego rule over him, for getting egoistic over Imli’s position, he never bothered to find out if she had got promotion of was just being tested ?

Imli rushes to T house after this phone call . The employees notice Imli leaving and start having fun .

When no auto is ready to get hired , she angrily throws out one auto driver n sits on drivers seat n starts rushing towards T house in that auto . The auto driver is seen chasing his auto n screaming .
Aryan decides to check on Imli . Arpita is concerned about his health n accompanies him .
He is shocked to find one auto driver running after an auto .
he reaches office n is shocked to find all his employees having fun n merriment n chatting n out of their work desks . He is shocked to find Imli missing from office . Arpita too is surprised to find Imli missing from office . Aryan takes control of his office n asks Arpita to go back home .
At T house All family members are trying to work out how to repay 5 crores of money . Malini lashes out at Rajesh for his acts for losing huge amount of money and mortgaging this house without consulting any family member . She speak against Imli and Rajesh and blames Imli for everything . She offers them to repay their loan by borrowing from her parents .
Malini clashes with T family as Aparna confronts her for crossing limits of decency of Bahu . She should learn how to behave as bahu from Imli . Malini asks them where was their great beloved Bahu now in this situation when the family was in trouble ?
Right then Imli enters the house Aparna is very happy to see Imli .
Imli declares she was here to remind Adi about the deadline for submission of his article about PD . He better come,etc his submission. Aparna shares the family problems with her .
Adi is furious with Aparna for sharing family problems with outsiders .
