Waise I was thinking, they keep call Aditya's family middle class, middle class. Watching the Shiddat video, how many middle class homes have two sets of stairs, big rooms, terrace gardens...... My family had Rs 10 left at the end of the month, lived in a small 2 bedroom apartment and I thought we were considered to be middle class, back in the day of course. 😆 Standards badh gaye hain of course, zamana badal gaya, I came across a homeless dude hustling for money on the street and checking his messages on his cell phone. Our house help in India and her son have iPhone, saala I still can't bring myself to buy one. Ab bolo.
No chappals please, not discriminating against any people, just an observation. ITV can be so inconssitent sometimes, thoda to sochein kabhi.
Ok so this what I have figured:
In ITV generally stories revolve around big joint families. Isme do bedroom mein toh kaam nahi hoga. So normally the house is huge. But the number of people living there also are big... like I think T's were/are 12?
With this they will in most cases have at best 2 earning members... yaha pe toh ek ya do hai 🤪... baara logo ka kharcha is a lot!
So house + limited earning members + huge family + 1 vehicle = middle class which is fine.
Above and beyond normally there is no house help in ITV lekin yaha Sundar hai plus bike bhi hai... so I would classify them as upper middle class.
ASR is def uber rich.
