I mean the point is exactly that he's capable of making whole T family miserable single handedly and people like milini who play cheap tricks and two faced needs accomplice

He isn't the type to hide I mean if he destroys adi in his revenge he'd like adi to know exactly who and why did those things

The mystry around the character was just killing so even I watched all the episodes to decode him.

Most logical explanation I can come up with is he got opportunity to but bhaskar times as it was in losses when he vowed revenge for adi, his plan might be to keep adi from sensational stories like you saw how cleverly he first ordered him to cover pg3 interview and when adi behaved as he expected he demoted adi... Mission accomplished.

But imlie happened to him organically. He didn't have very high opinion of her in first few meetings, but she earned his respect by continuously excelling in tasks he gave her, and though he gave internship to appease his sister, he made imlie's life difficult to test her capabilities, he respected her a bit only after her 1st article, still had misgivings as he came to know she's AKT's wife, so he gave them interview assignment together to check if she's like him as well or she values work more than ego. And again imlie win aryans respect here and adi loses.

Later when he came to know of her sufferings, he connected to her on that pain level, and what makes him overprotective is superimposition of his brother-in-law's situation to imlie as their perpetrator is same... AKT!!!!

I meant ki if he destroyed adi, he'll let the world know that it was him and why he did it.

He hasn't done anything yet to be honest because he can do a lot of damage going by the magnitude of adi's mistake in his eyes.

yeah, it has happened before too... they drag an issue and when the reveal happens, it has been diluted so much or that issue is not the main concern at that time in story, that it doesn't affect the story much... like Malini stopping the divorce proceedings... like Adi and Rupi conversation about she knowing about Adilie marriage... like Adi and Malini knowing that Imlie is Dev' daughter etc
