I think what they're trying to establish here is that how Adi is either rejecting Imlie or choosing Malini over her despite getting chances but humara ladka har baar Imlie ko chunta hai or woh bhi tab jab use yeh realise bhi nhi h that he's falling for her. AryLie wedding nashe me to hone se rhi🤣 or na hi Rathore's ya AryLie pagal h to get married aise hi. To maine hopes chhod di h unki shaadi ki. 🤣 BK kaka ka angle is so unbelievable matlab kuchh bhi. Humara ladka papers apne kabze me lega but Ts ko nhi dega I'm sure kyuki uski villaingiri barkaraar rkhni h na ph ko🤣

Also I feel makers are waiting for GM to return before they take this story of Adi-imlie-Asr forward & this wedding is nothing but a filler before he joins back.

Rahi baat AryLie ki to dekhna interesting hoga ki will Imlie choose Aryan over Aditya as & when the time comes or will she again play a saviour to the Ts & Adi after learning the revenge truth. Tab tak I'll just watch & not have any expectations...what a joke yeh humanly possible hi nhi hai🤣🤣

Ps: I loved how Imlie was searching for Aryan after he left midway in the dance

After watching - I’m thinking the same thing. That line he said about his uncle being a simple man and surprise at what he was doing with goons. He may want to pursue his revenge but because of Imlie he’ll end up helping instead. Although, he might find a way to spin this all to save the family and not hurt them while managing to hurt Adi.

@bold.. EGJAKTLY.... thats how his not so expressive face has managed to express to me... his face dint go all excited that he got another advantage over adi but he was genuinely looked worried... lil like "aisa kya ho raha hai"

This is exactly what I was thinking.

Aditya had Imlie put right back in his path and he chose not to step up. After Anu’s line about who would pick a servant Imlie is walking away and Aryan chose her. He freely made that choice. She was not handed to him, circumstance did not put her in his path, he walked up and made the active decision to be with her in this moment. And he does that often. Aditya and Imlie were forced together, they didn’t choose each other.

And I think that (mostly hope that) when it comes time to freely choose, Imlie will choose Aryan. It will be her choice, not a decision thrust upon her. We’ve had this discussion before - she’s very traditional in her thinking that because she married someone that is the person she should love. So did she choose to freely love Aditya or did she grow to love him because that’s what you do. You love your husband.

I get there were little seeds of doubt woven in - the writers want to keep the drama alive, but I honestly think that today showed no reason to lose hope.

My biggest complaints from the episode are

- why did they start dancing (but I guess dance was next on the agenda as everyone was dancing by the end)

- there was actually no conversation between the two. While the dance was great (and I’ll gush about how hot Aryan looked at the beginning there in another post lol) I wanted their nok jhok. Are they going to pretend this didn’t happen or will there be a fun conversation.

Again, love his mother and sister. Imlie and Arpita have some things in common when it comes to heartbreak. She can empathize with what she’s going through.
