Imlie's contribution to this mess

Hello All,

I read an interesting take on current situation on a social platform. That take suggests that Imlie is equally responsible for current mess. By not allowing Adi to speak truth on his wedding day with Malini, by continuously dissuading Adi to not divorce Malini or not tell the truth to family and the latest one being by allowing Malini to stay in T-house after pregnancy reveal, she equally contributed to mess.

Though I don't agree with this at all I would like to know opinion of you all. Please feel free to share.

1. Adi was always ready to tell marraige truth to Malini. imlie stopped it.

2. AdiNi marriage was AdiLie joint decision. Adini relationship never went beyond PDAs.

3. When Adi fell in love with imlie he wanted to say truth. Imlie wanted Adi to live with Malini. He lived.

4. Then Adi said truth to Malini. AdiNi break up hua. Imlie wanted to basao Malinis ghar.

5. KC came. Adi wanted to tell truth to Family. Imlies insecurities popped up. After giving her confidence He said truth to family.

6. Family rejected. Adi demanded imlie to move in to his room. She rejected it & wanted family acceptance.

7.Malini did 2nd suicide. Gehri dosti jaag uta. Adi brought Malini home. Adi asked if Imlie is comfortable. Imlie welcomed her Sautan.

8. Imlie hid Malinis truth so that Adi ko guzza na aye. Like he is doodh peeta bacha. loves his guzza.

Family acceptance milthe milthe Adi lost his mind and virtue. 🤣Adi was raped by Malini. Kabir singh was reduced to damsel in distress. Suddenly Imlie got problem with bed when she sat in same bed multiple times. Adis Baaptha jaag uta. Mera bacha jaap. Result MS sindoor gone. Adi literally vomits everything in front of imlie. Only thing he did without asking imlie was deleting video in this whole show. Kis par Guzza karoon.. Since imlie is young and cute should I blindly support her.

The half of the toxicity phailaoed in this show is by imlies mahan tyags and other half by Adis mistrust on imlie .

All because of Malini. 300 epi long triangle .😡

@bold: whether adhithya asked Imlie’s permission? He flat away rejected her and she said what ever his decision she will respect. So whether he directly asked her permission?

I agree that Imlie did all this and by doing this she delayed start of Adi-Imlie's relation as husband-wife. But in my opinion, that was all she did.

It was Malini's decision to claim her rights in wrong manner and she would have done that even if Imlie had not done all this delaying. I would even say that even if Adi had not married Malini, Malini still would have tried to do what she is doing now.

It's Adi's blind trust or guilt or escapism which allowed Malini access to ruin things to the level they did. Imlie was soft in starting but her antennas started working at correct time. After that its only and only Adi's bevkoofi which gave Malini opportunities.

Also, whatever Imlie did, every step of it, was not for her self-interest. It was because of respect and love for people who gave love and respect to her before Adi. For Adi, only Imlie matters. For Imlie, whole family including Malini mattered. She also had Adi's consensus most of the time. She either convinced Adi why she is doing what she is doing or she gave in to Adi's request (like she came back after mud-spa only on Adi's insistence.). There is only one incidence where she totally went against Adi's wishes which was when he had that fever episode just after PD3.

But Adi's reason is not anyone's welfare. It stems from his own weaknesses. Adi's explanations are hollow (Malini can't do this, ignore Malini) and he is doing what he wants even if Imlie is not agreeing (bringing Malini back on KC against Imlie's wishes.) That Adi which understood Imlie would feel bad seeing Malini hugging him is totally clueless about trauma Imlie goes through seeing Malini and him together after SA night and expects her to accept his child in another woman's womb.

SA night and baby are not his fault but not drawing lines with Malini, not understanding Imlie's pain is his fault.

Yes but that was also in taunting way initially then only said do not hold accountable.

The problem with imlie was she unconditionally loved Adhi … what ever happiness she thought he wants she was ready to give. But she doesn’t realised he is most happy to have a normal life with her. Rest of all the things related to Adhi is very much valued by imlie… his honour his career his family his love ( initially that was her assumption)

Aditya is made bigger faults still and Atif said show can't run without conflicts between Adilie so it will go on they will keep making mistakes no matter how much we count them there is no solution for it ☢️

The mistakes of Imlie were:

1. Not letting Adi reveal the truth at adini wedding - credits to Aparna's speech

2. Not revealing the truth to the family after adi requesting her multiple times - credits to the whole situation created by her husband

3. Not going into Adi's room after truth reveal - credits to Amma's useless advice

4. Not letting Adi know of M's behaviour - credits to her own mahaanta and babusahib ki chinta.

5. Letting SK escape - credits to her impulsivity

6. Not leaving him after he deleted the video - credits to her love for babusahib

7. Letting M stay in the house - credits to her foresight of the kid's social status

1,2 & 3 can be ignored because of the sources

4 ki vajah se eventually Adi was shot (but she did try to warn him in the beginning and he termed it as immaturity)

5 ki vajah se he started distrusting Imlie regarding SK

6 & 7 ki vajah se she became a doormat

That being said, none of these will trump his blunder of not giving Imlie the benefit of doubt regarding M and letting her stay at home against Imlie's will even as M keeps accusing her of a murder attempt.
