These last couple of days, I don't really feel like there's much to say in the immediate aftermath of watching the epi😆......the drag, the repetitive scenes make it all feel tiresome. But then after I sleep over it, some things start to come into focus a bit😆.
Firstly, Imlie ka mahaan dialogue of "Hum teeno ko saath mein hi rehna hai"😆......on first watch, anyone would be like WTF and so was I when I heard this.....but then I thought about it after a while and realized ki yeh scenario hum log pehle discuss kar chuke hain😆......when Imlie talks about all three of them living together after the baby is born, she is talking about the compromise she's already made in her head (without anyone really asking her to😆) that she will accept this baby and Malini's existence as a part of their lives. She has yet to discuss this with Adi and obviously M ko bhi koi idea nahin tha cuz usko direct JHATKA lagaa when Imlie said this to her😆......for once, our initial reaction aligned with that of M😲🤣.....kaise kaise din dikhaa rahi ho Imaliya😆.
Adi-Imlie apni mahaanta mein jo bhi compromise soch lein ki M ko pade rehne denge as furniture piece in their house for the rest of their lives while they take care of the baby😆, M herself has nixed the idea instantly.....directly bol diya ki mujhe TUMHARE saath nahin rehna, Imlie😆.......baaki her usual bakwaas about pati nahin baantna blah blah aside, I think this dialogue was inserted just to again reiterate Imlie ki mahaan adjustment capabilities, while Malini jispe log EHSAAN kar rahe hain by letting her stay in that house is acting like she still has any right to stay in that house on her own terms. Imlie spoke from the perspective of the baby's benefit, while Malini literally had no thoughts for the baby and as usual jumped to "mujhe sirf mera pati chahiye"......baaki Imlie and everyone else seems too tired to remind Malini ki no one, including the pati himself accepts her claim of "mera pati".
This scene was just another forum for Malini to spew her bakwaas without much pushback from Imlie. Only good line Imlie got in was, "Agar aap itni sahi hain toh sab chori chhup ke kyun kar rahi hain"? Iska jawaab nahin tha psycho ke paas......itna simple sa question koi nahin puchhta ki agar pati tumhara hai, haq tumhara hai toh where is your sindoor/MS? Pehen ke ghoomo phir haq se sabke saamne, no? Woh kyun nahin karna? Oh right, cuz woh karke bhi koi tumhein patni nahin samjhega and you will just be a mannequin playing dress up.🤪
And itni simple si baat bhi koi clarify nahin karta ki Malini is ghar mein patni banke rahegi bhi nahin even if the option of all three of them staying under one roof is being discussed.....she's allowed to continue spewing her delusion about pati nahin baantugi as if the pati is even hers to begin with ki sharing ka option mention kar rahi hai😕......lol if anyone, Imlie is the one sharing her husband's time with Psycho rapist simply for the sake of the baby......but yeah, everyone remains mute when Psycho continues to spew her claim about jo mera hai, main lekar rahungi blah blah. 🥱
Imlie ko bas ek scene ke convenience ke liye suddenly "achhai" dikh gayi in the Psycho.....lol jo ek din pehle iske internship forms tear kar rahi thi, woh bhi achhi thi kya phir Imlie? Oh right, bas ek murti steal karke phir use ek gareeb couple ko dena as some kind of "charity" washed away all of Didi ke paap in Imlie's eyes? Waah Imlie waah👏🤔.....anyways no point in dwelling on this since Psycho returned to her usual plotting by the end of the epi despite Imlie ki fantasies about "Didi sudhar jaao for baccha"🥱.
Secondly, after Psycho ke plans failed, we never see her wondering ki oh I thought Devi Maa meri side pe thi toh Imlie kaise jeet gayi......lol pehle bolne ke liye bade dialogue maar legi but jab haaregi toh woh conclusion nahin accept kar sakti which will mean facing her ugly truth that God is also not with her in her evil schemes👎🏼.
Thirdly, the ending scene again showed the normalization of the family regaining trust and confidence in Imlie as everyone calmly accepted her directing them to go do various tasks in preparation for the aarti.....bahu mode mein thi ekdum and kisi ne question bhi nahin kiya woh kis haq se direction de rahi hai😆.....so that subtle acceptance was shown.....but I'm kinda getting tired of subtle acceptance scenes juxtaposed with Psycho ke rinse/repeat dialogues of plotting.....ab kuch DIRECT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT is much overdue from the Ts.
Baaki I can't really figure out what significance was meant to be there about the fact ki murti banaane ki saari mehnat Imlie ne ki aur end mein Adi murti uthaa ke andar le aaya😆.....only Adi knows Imlie made it herself. Committee and family waalon ke saamne toh the impression has been given that they found the lost murti again and so they all apologized for blaming Imlie needlessly. 😆.......itna carousel jaisa feel ho gaya. Malini took the original murti out of the house, Imlie made a brand new one and Adi brought Imlie's murti into the house to afford it a rightful place....kya matlab nikaalein is sabka?😆 Ki Adi chose Imlie's murti toh bhai aise pata chal gaya rightful biwi kaun hai?😆
