Right then Kunal arrives and informs Anu and the T family that he will fight Imli’s case .

All are taken aback . Kunal states it wa snot normal for a woman to fil a case that the man was molested by a woman . But what is uncommon not necessarily it can’t happen . It’s the matter of consent . If both parties gave consent it was OK about in this case one party was intoxicated n not in a position to give consent so this was wrong . If thisnis proved at the court 110% court will deem Malini guilty .

Aditya asks Kunal how did he believe Malini could do this without having an evidences ? He did k ow Malini , could she do such a thing . Kunal says he knew Malini very well , that’s why he had agreed to fight this case ?

Kunal asks T family members to share with him each person’s witnesses of what happened that night . Tau ji declares no family member will give any witnesses .

He takes the entire family away . Adi states that night he had betrayed his wife . He was the criminal . Kunal asks him to share what happened last night . Adi states he remembered nothing . Kunal says if he did not remember a thing hiw could he say Imli was wrong ?
Anu and Malini are driving back home . MaIini is scared if kunal manages to prove her wrong !! Would she go behind the bars ? Anu assures no such things will happen, even if Imli got Kunal , she will have no evidences against Malini.

Kunal warns Imli that the fight will get nasty now onwards . He warns Anu will destroy all evidences she picked up against Malini . Aditya was not supporting Imli .

Imli refuses to give up, she will fight on. She had forgiven AMA,Imli for in numerous times in the last but this time she committed big mistake , a crime , this time Imli will not forgive Malini .
