I think we are all dissecting that recording a way too much. It has some significance, we just dont know what yet.

There was a time Imlie did didi jaap blindly, until reality showed up and didi herself told her what she was up to. Yahan toh Babusaheb has known the lady for 7 years, until he sees, hears and uses all his senses to actually notice her actuality, he aint going to call out Malini as the Kalini!

What did and did not amuse..

The episode clearly had a filler feel. But it was not bad. They are setting up the stage for lot of twists and turns coming our way, needless to say they have no bank of episodes either.

I loved how Imlie holds her head up high and says things blatantly to Babusahib. She always has been frank and said it to his face what he usually does not like to hear! Today also she walked away quoting how imbalanced their taal mel is! Again true to her characteristic, she walks away giving him a thought to ponder on.

Then came a very interesting scene. This scene was a bit vague for me, but no I did not see AKT not trusting Imlie. Again Babusaheb was being the same old AKT making a video about what he wishes life with Imlie should be. Selfish yes! But one could see his care and concerns for her dreams.

Unfortunately again he is missing the point. He is giving her the advice of being unbiased...but knowingly or unknowingly he is doing just the same. I have an eerie feeling about this recording, but will not speculate much on that..! This could be the reason why some of the dialogues here were kept a bit obscure too.

What I liked about this scene was Babusahib trying to get a grip on how things are changing around him and his relationship with Imlie. It is a different kind of test for them both and they both feel broken at this point.

In parallel I loved Imlie talking to her amma about how it hurts when you try your hardest but things just do not work the way you wish for or want them too. But Imlia ne kab haar maani hai?! She is our vazifa girl!!

I sometimes feel I might abhor Aparna more than I would Malini and really feel bad that Imlie will have to spend her lifetime with such a MIL whose heart is as fickle as her brain!

Malini is a gone case, less said the better. In her statue of Liberty pose I could only think of how a pigeon will fly in and perch on that torch bearer hand! 🤢. Oh I am hoping Sundar and Nishant bhai join her just like they had accompanied Nakli nani! And is did doing her bit of chadathi jawani now, because she missed it last time?!🤪

How adorable ST and Gash looked! Now only if Gash can freaking cut his hair after this dance where zulfein will dance their own classical...!! Such high hopes I had- even the gel evaporated in not time!

Imlie walked away by saying the unvarnished truth leaving her hubby grumpy as ever. khadoos kahin ka. He made a video on his wishes, what he wishes her to be some day.. she will hold the mirror to him one day. He is doing the same thing, what he complained that SK did not give him, a chance to explain.

I do feel that we were not given the full cut of his monologue and maybe that is for another day. I do hope that it does not fall into the wrong hands and be misused. Both of them took pride in their vishwaas and that has taken a slight beating for now.

I loved the amma beti convo in the kitchen.. if only not overheard by Kalini.. koi nahi.. Mithi giving hosla and support when her daughter is wavering..

As for Nishu n Sundar pls dance with dd n save the dance..pleej.. SM. did not care for M ka costume.

Right now it’s sk is wrong and Didi is a bechari. This blinder will only be lifted when he sees his love, his life, his heart broken , shattered and like u implied has had her wings clipped all because of him. The more I retrospect and again I might be as deluded as Didi, I thinkI am finally getting what they are trying to show here and I like it 🙈. That adi whilst always being her support will be the one to break her which is sad but real and he has never really experienced that true loss. Yes when she was dying hr realised his love for her but seeing the one u love hurt immensely cos of u is true pain. He has seen her hurt with his family etc but honestly I sometimes wonder if he truly feels it deeply.

His love for her is unquestionable but his characteristic trait of singlemindedness which may have helped in The past in his career will break him and no man can live long with this trait. It will break everyone. Like everything else imlie has changed in him this negative ( to some extent trait) is what is left . Life is growth . He has grown so much but this zidd is the last pillar to fall and only one woman can do it at a cost to her

Completely agree, RD! Adi is a man who is completely dependent on Imlie's constant presence and their relationship for his survival. As long as that is intact, he is unable, or maybe even unwilling, to bother about anything else. What he doesn't realize is that this marriage is not something he's just entitled to because the truth is out and Imlie loves him. You can build a relationship that way, but it takes more to sustain it. You have to constantly nurture and protect your marriage from externalities, and this is something he will learn with time - most likely the hard way going by this track. 👍🏼

Despite it being a filler, I found the episode pretty good. Relatively less darshan of devi ji on screen elevates the quality all on its own.

Adi's hypocrisy was definitely the highlight and it cannot be more evident. Him expecting Imlie to be unbiased when he isn't doing the same with his gehri dost is not at all justified. 👎🏼 SK is definitely wrong, and whether Imlie should've let him escape or not is debatable, but Adi not taking the accusations that Imlie has made against Malini seriously is wrong too. Both perpetrators should be dealt with fairly - that's what Imlie's trying to say & that is exactly where the communication gap exists with Adi refusing to understand that.

As I mentioned in Suta's thread, I definitely felt very strongly throughout the episode that Adi is primarily angry over what he interpreted as Imlie prioritizing SK over him. He's unable to accept or tolerate the fact that Imlie would let SK escape when he made an attempt on Adi's life and put her in danger too. The why of what she did - he isn't able to or is choosing not to analyze in his blind rage and what I felt were glimpses of his insecurity showing up again. The ironic bit here is that Imlie's under the impression that Adi is blindly trusting Malini, as are we, but it's becoming more and more clear that in his mind, Adi isn't even factoring Malini into this equation. It's only SK and Imlie's actions that he's giving any thought to, and while that's wrong & inexcusable - no doubt - it just goes on to show once again just how inconsequential Malini is to him. 😕 The man not once has confronted Malini, but he hasn't bothered to defend her either. She does not take up any space in his thoughts - good or bad. Basically, he subconsciously thinks nothing Malini says or does should really matter.

The level of indifference he has towards Malini is both hilarious and really, really sad. 😆

If he really ever cared about Malini an iota, he would be honest with her about the reality of their so-called gehri dosti and let go of this deadweight relationship that is only causing more damage to his marriage with Imlie. It is also the entire foundation of Malini's delusions, which is much more dangerous. This pretention has gone on too long, really. Time for someone or something to give way to this realization, both for Adi and Malini.

❤️ It also pained me to see that the T-family who once lifted her up and helped her overcome every insecurity has turned their backs on her so brutally that she has no one really empathetic to talk to apart from Rupi di. 😔 Goes on to show what kind of flippers the T's really are, Aparna being the queen of them all. 😡 She just creates new lows for herself with every episode these days. 🤢 Pathetic.

I'm just looking forward to the end of this track now. Let the extent of Kalini devi's good deeds 🤢 get exposed in the most dhamakedar way possible. Khaaye sab ek line se muh ki. 😡 And let Imlie keep her dignity intact. 👍🏼 Truly, no one deserves this girl. 😒

Bold 1 -- His utter indifference towards gehri dost is hurting Imlie so much and he cannot see beyond the end of his nose.

Bold 2 - focusing only on the +ves..that was a heartwarming scene and Mithi smiling benignly.. was just lovely. Treating the situation correctly as would any sensible amma when discussing the trouble in a child's life that are just temporary if guided properly else will lead to a breakdown of the shaadi.

AdiNi broke up.. as she was flighty, wanted his exclusive attention, never understood Adi, his ideals, the man.. just basing it on simliar likes n dislines does not make a good marriage. The presence of Anu the 3rd wheel was also another cause for the breakdown.

With Imlie, it will be breakdown of vishwaas between them. He has to experience that loss, true loss that he broke a person like Imlie who has been through so much in her young life, due to him.. that will be his arc.. and redemption to gaining her trust again. Bahut papad belne padenge isko abhi. 🤣
