Yes, that was a very notable shift. She's been reacting harshly each time she's heard "Maa" from Imlie, but now it seems to be sinking in for her. The love that Imlie has been pouring in her "Maa" has finally started seeping through all the harsh walls that Aparna had built around herself.

I do like how they did this "Maa" arc.....Imlie started doing it per her own impulse without needing a grand mahurat or someone instructing her to call Aparna Maa.....she decided on her own that it was high time she fully owned this label towards Aparna with her due rights. Aparna bristled a bit initially but now she's starting to come around to getting used to it too cuz the love, the emotion associated with this bond between them has always been there beneath all the layers of hurt/anger. It wasn't something new Imlie had to build from scratch.....they had the bond of a mother-daughter before anything else.

Me too I am loving the evolution of this and the acceptance coming gradually aise ek dum achanak hi nahi directly palti maar li aparna ne she have had her phases and moments in this too baaki she knows too ke imlie kuch kehti hai toh karti hai woh bas faltu bakwaas nahi karti and dusra yes apaena is desperate to have her son back toh jo bhi usse itni bhi umeed dega she will listen but all this is establishing for her directly ke imlie asal main kya hai and she is able to see it bina wih naukrani wala patti she had tied to her eyes for so long and digest

Oh yes the maa was done so well… so understated and so natural sounding. Like it’s her right . And the look apu gave her when she told her not to worry maa… apu was the child today and imlie the adult in that moment

otherwise the way st was crying , like a lost girl for her bs in her breakdown. How is it she can convey that? I am like a broken record but wow!

Yes, I had a feeling promo would be about this only.....the reaction of Adi and the family about why SK shot Adi......cuz what SK did was extreme and shocking no doubt so uspe reaction toh aana hi tha😆.

Imlie was also bound to feel guilt that her own Dadda did this to her Babusahib so I'm not surprised to see her apologizing on his behalf. Baaki toh Adi is upset for a bit but I don't see him holding this against Imlie specifically.

My hunch is more like he will not want to talk about it😆.....Imlie ko bolega ki mujhe Dadda ke baare mein baat nahin karni.....and Imlie may take it upon herself to get to the bottom of the mystery to clear up why her Dadda did this taaki uske Babusahib and Dadda ka patch up ho jaaye😆.

Adi will never reflect on his own mistakes.....Gehri Dost ko sar pe baitha ke rakha hai - bhool gaya hai this is the ex-wife that he previously left Imlie for and still expects no one to MU this situation.....so yeah, karo SK ko hi blame😆.

Yes yeh avoid karne ki koshis karega just like he does many things that he doesn't like to talk about and imlie may take it as daraar aa gayi😆 and thoda peeche hate jaaye I feel and baaki as you said she may want to get to bottom and agar usmein isko phir kuch hua ya ispe aanch aayi toh adi ne phatna hai ke bola hai ke nahi toh nahi and wahan se they can go either way

He suddenly push back from this attitude if imlie subtly remains anything from past… but she never do that …

Word....this entire turn of events has again helped her view Imlie ki shaksiyat on her own merit rather than being caught up in the image related issues of naukraani etc......

Baaki dekhte hain if this manages to sustain after Imlie brings Adi back home.....cuz Didi bhi hogi side mein to continue pulling Aparna's attention with her fake bechaargi.

Best twist would be if na Imlie, na Adi.....it is Aparna who eventually tells Malini to leave the house again🤣....kisi ek insaan ko toh akkal aaye ki ghar mein do biwiyon ko mat rakho.

Agreed. Adi showing any attitude to Imlie over maafi is not digestible because Imlie has forgiven him for far more critical issues😆. And it is not just the forgiveness that Adi appreciates but also that Imlie never holds his mistakes over his head to guilt trip him. She has always respected Adi's feelings & never belittled them. That is why I feel that it is just a token line inserted in the promo for drama. Let's see how Adi-Imlie navigate this incident of SK trying to kill off Adi in the show. Adi was hardly bothered about being shot by SK, he was more worried about reaching Imlie who was waiting for him😆. So I for one do not think that he is going to be even naaraz with Imlie after he regains consciousness. Adi's love for Imlie is above everything. He is going to forgive SK also easily.

Yes, the promo doesn't really add up with the guy who has felt the burden of his mistakes for so long. He knows that everything that is happening is cuz he didn't give Imlie her due rights the first time she came to T house.....he knows how much his own family has mistreated Imlie for so long.....so that guy will now give her attitude cuz her Dadda made a mistake again? 😆

And I still can't buy that Adi cares about someone trying to kill him😆.....this guy has been callous about his own life long enough, toh it's a contrivance if they show him being upset about this now. And this is also the same Adi who said he will spend his whole life atoning to and becoming worthy of Imlie....this is the guy who was like I dunno how SK and Amma found the grace to forgive me after everything.....that guy is now going to be like SK ki yeh galti maafi ke laayak nahin?😆

Maybe this is just his anger talking and baad mein realize kare ki jiski khud ki galtiyaan itni badi ho, woh SK pe thoda sochke ungli kare😆

If our expectations come true from Bts ,imlie also gets hurt subsequently and how much that hurt is deep and that may also triggered Adhi to get angry on sk , that he act violently without further thinking even about imlie…

See the point is that the promo is talking about events after the whole reunion etc. is done with......us point tak toh Adi will just be grateful to be alive and with Imlie.....baad mein aayenge questions about what SK did....and people like Didi will give hawaa to that, toh usse related ho sakta hai yeh jo bhi disagreement hai in the promo.

Didi will deffo try to play up SK's part in this in front of everyone and cast full blame on him.....uska guilt trip karne ki koshish karegi Imlie ko, manipulate karegi Adi ko ki dekho you do so much for Imlie and this is how her family treats you blah blah....and that is what may lead to a convo between them regarding that.

Ya toh Adi also genuinely is not thinking clearly cuz he's upset.....ya koi twist hai and he's just doing upar se dikhava to mess with Imlie and phir thodi der mein bol dega ki how could you ever think I would hold this against Dadda 😆

Oh lol, you mean to say that Adi is this angry with SK cuz Imlie's life also got put in danger, and not just his own?🤣

Pata nahin.....promo is more focused on the fact that SK shot Adi and Imlie apologizing regarding that....didn't see any indication of Adi being upset about Imlie getting hurt😆....but your point has a possibility too I suppose.....lol
