Man I loved the Olympics this time. Most medal winners are newbies except for PV Sindhu. We came 4th in Women's Golf - Aditi moved up from world no 200 to world no 4. Apni women's hockey team also have come 4th for the first time in all this time. Is baar we really have done well. Many of our players who lost medals got good ranks, be it 6th in discus or even reaching quarters in archery. Most of these who came in the top ranks are playing for the first time in the Olympics, shows that our players are getting stronger on the world stage.

Today, Neeraj was the youngest thrower in the Finals and beat hia competition by a metre - Kudos to the guy, kya powerful throw tha. I could not believe that I was sitting and watching the entire event of Javelin throw. It was exhilarating.

Mene Mary kom ka game toh nahi dekha but baad mein YouTube par video dekha toh wahan sab bol rahe the ki Mary k saath galat hua usne jyada punches maarne k baad v opponent kaise jeet gayi? Even Mary khud itni confident thi apne punches ko lekar ki woh jaroor jitegi . Jab uske coach ne usko indicate kiya ki woh match haar gayi toh Mary k aankhon se aansoon aa gaye in disbelief ki woh kaise aur kyun haari?

How sad. It was her last Olympics also. Bechari ke saath galat hua, but kya hi kar sakte hai. She gave her beat and went out fighting. Kuch bhi karlo, Mary lom will always be an inspiration.

Mary Kom's case was a sheer case of partiality👎🏼
