Loser D says i have to interfere as one beti is ruining the life of another beti. Malini with tears in her voice asks which beti is ruining which beti's life?

Loser D clarifies his stance. AI are married at gun so their marriage has no wajood.

Satisfied with his answer, Malini plays Mahaan and responds that zabardasti would be getting her and Aditya together.. And itne important conversation ke beech Dev is ya! you are making the toughest decision of your life and all that but why is that cupboard open?? No why?? We need to investigate!😆

They discover that jewelry box is also open and the jewels gifted by t's were missing. All this screams ANU. So they go on the trail to find her😆

So there is only so much that they can call cliche or non cliche...again a point of view right?. I still want to wait and see how this plays out- But for now- I think this is old kinda thing in a new pack...if it was the usual ITV thing- Aparna would have literally directed all hate towards Imlie...like beta hai isliye sab maaf...I am still not jumping to conclusions until I see how this is shown..but for now..Imlie might get a silent treatment while Adi will get the more vocal version of their anger...albeit it will also have some demeaning of Imlie..

AC toh directly Imlie ko suna jaati hai...she is the typical one here...

I do not watch ITV much...Literally after IPK season 1 this is one show I am so hooked to. So not much of my words might make sense...but Imlie is different from the other shows that I watch transiently. For lack of good words it has kept drama simple for the most part..now this table todh is ofcourse masala kinda drama but after all they have to maintain a show and give Gash some action that he craves for...😆

Like seera said in one of her posts- TRP should increase...👍🏼

Yes their marriage is 100% valid. But many courts in US opined it as a crime against humanity and there are many appeals in US jurisprudence to recognize as a crime. But, there no federal law that states it as a legal crime.(Sorry this is US law).Yes this is a forced marriage/contract. I m not much into family law but this is a valid marriage. According to IPC this definitely a crime, the villagers who forced the couple will be convicted.

There are many types off marriages that can be forced like arranged marriages, convenience marriages. The point is court doesn’t care about the type of marriage unless appealed…having said this, they can appeal at any point, I came across a case in Georgia, where a woman appealed after 30 years of marriage and the hearing took place in a special court.

Sorry I stated both country’s laws but, one country’s court often refer to other country’s opinions in case of similar cases.

The marriage can only be dissolved when one of the parties or witnesses approach court of law and apply for dismissal of marriage. In this case none of the parties applied for dismissal/annulment and since the couple lived under the same roof annulment is not possible. If a marriage gets divorce, it means that court of law opined that the marriage is legal.

In other words malini is going for divorce to make her relationship legal…this invalidates imlie’s marriage under law.

So, Adi has to get married to Imlie for the 4th time to get it validated and legitimate 😂😂

For most Indians final law verdict is from our Mother. 😂 Even when issues pop up in reliance industries they mediated by Kokila Ben . So in front of mother’s law no legal validity of any other things.
