But doesn't seem like the writers care anymore as long as they can keep their disjointed nonsense going to prop up Didi. Oh well.

Imlie ko bantering scenes dusro ke saath dete hain instead of Adi.....lol but that doesn't automatically create a vibe IMO. ST is always good in the bubbly scenes cuz it comes naturally to her....but as a character, I was bored by Kunal and I could barely keep my focus on what they were talking about cuz I was still trying to recover from the level of bakwaas I had to heard Adi-Imlie speaking to each other today.....lol

Jab Adi-Imlie theek rahein, toh hi baaki sab bhi theek lagta hai.....the epi started off ok but nosedived pretty fast as Adi flipped so much over Malini taking the full blame of the breakup on herself and then the rest was all about propping up Malini extensively in every manner.....family ke reactions were all all over the place....and then end mein KC ki propping up by showing his "bonding" with Imlie.....lol

The very fact that they've cast such a chomu actor for this role can only mean two things😆.....ya toh the character won't last very long or the quality of the show will nosedive big time since he will become a main parallel character owing to being attached to Didi who is the QUEEN of this show afterall😆

Budget is too low chomu reminded me of that lame 4th obro they produced out of nowhere and thopoed on our heads ... sad ke parallel lead ke liye they couldn't even find a decent actor rofl iss chomu pe fida ho rahe hain log.. standards are really rock bottom hain.. even that Prakash is better than this chomu and nishant and that is saying a lot this guy is supposed to be parallel Lead nice joke.. clearly he is a diversion and isko seriously nahi lena jab devi Mata ke liye hi sadak se utha ke laaye hain koi bhi raah chalta

Your example would hold up if the other person in this equation was not Malini......Adi's issues with Prakash are very different from the issues regarding Malini and Imlie.....and I think it's very twisted to first claim faith and confidence in someone and then claim insecurities later....if that's the Imlie they are going for, I'm deffo going to feel disconnected.

Your post reminds me of a dialogue I once heard. A couple true test is in the mundane. It is always easier to maintain a connect with your partner when you have a life and death situation or NDE or feel like you are going to lose that person. But when you have to face day-in and day-out normal mundane situations with that same person, that is when your relationship is put to the actual test. That is when your compatibility is actually put to test. Until Imlie does not face that kind of situation she will never understand the importance of Adi in her life. I agree that Imlie is trying to escape as much as possible to face the inavitible point in their journey where she will have to accept that her relationship can exist only if AM relationship is dealt with and moved one. And this will lead to Malini being hurt, as AM do not work together as a couple. Till then yeh mahaan aatma will have her head firmly in the sand and not want to face the truth.

As for the disconnect, woh toh mujhe last full mahine se lag rahi hai in Imlie's character, but I am willing to write it off as her being like the confused 19 year old who does not want to accept that she has to deal with this situation differently than she has managed her problems before. Baaki toh hopefully Sita Maiyya sambhal legi.

I am not able to connect with Imlie because of her not taking a clear stand. If she wants time to sort out her own confusions then let her tell the same to Adi. That she wants time to understand her own feelings about their relationship without using Didi ka happiness as an excuse.

Adi has made his feelings for her clear many times. It is up to her to make a decision for herself. Clarity is the one thing that I desperately want from Imlie.

I have zero faraks to give to Didi & her lame mahanta. I can ignore her as long as Imlie, Adi & their relationship is kept consistent. It is when they behave out if character that Didi's presence becomes unbearable.
