Jealous waale Babusahib

What an episode to round off the week! 😆 Biggest surprise was so many hard-hitting scenes in PD without too much of Delhi waalon ka drama.....haha nice.

We start off with Adi ke jealousy levels spiking up big time in front of Prakash now😆.....full on territorial games going on between both guys over Imlie😆.....ROFL Adi was hilarious in the first scene batting down Prakash ka lame attempt to hijack the credit of the dinner he was planning to take everyone out on....then questioning Prakash over how much he's studied that he thinks he's capable of teaching Imlie😆.....LOL Prakash is also older than Imlie....he's already completed his BA😆

Pyar ka agla level.....ab Babusahib ko bhook bhi lagni band ho gayi hai apni Imliya ke bina😆.....he didn't want to eat until she came back home....and she immediately ran out with Prakash again, leaving Adi fuming and refusing to eat😆. I thought Imlie's exams were done but apparently there are more to go.....at this rate toh Adi SAARE exams karvaa ke hi jaayega Imlie ke🤣

Poor Imlie, blissfully unaware that her Babusahib is sitting pouting in a corner waiting for her was busy in her masti with Pari😆....then she made the mistake of asking Adi if he didn't eat cuz he was waiting for her😆.....to which Adi burst out again that why would he wait for her and stormed out.

Then came the hilarious visual of Aditya ji ANALYZING his own jealousy🤣....he almost stutters towards the possibility...."Am I...j..j..jealous"? 😆 He could barely get the word out....LMAO....wondering why on earth he's jealous of Prakash, why he gets so angry seeing him with Imlie....he's just Imlie's friend...and even if he wasn't, why does it matter to him? 😆....then we learn a big thing today....Adi has apparently NEVER experienced jealousy in his life before....not even in the case of his pyari Moon🤣......cue over to flashback Adi-Malini scene from their dating period when Malini was trying to make him feel jealous about some trip she's taking with her friends.....but Adi wouldn't take the bait and he was all cool about it ki jahaan jaana hai jaao😆.....Malini tries to tell him that kuch toh regular boyfriend wala possessiveness dikhaao😆....and Adi goes, I believe jahaan bharosa hota hai, wahaan jealousy nahin ho sakti😆.....we finally get a window into why these two were the way they were.....lol Malini wanted him to show regular boyfriend waale emotions, but Adi was content in the convenience and predictability of the fact that she's with him....and that was good enough for him.

Coming out of his little trip down memory lane, Adi ofcourse feels all the more spooked....deciding that he cannot let these feelings take over him, so he needs to shut it all down now😆.....once again he decides to do BAAT KHATAM🤣.....so when poor Imlie shows up with the plate of food, he abruptly blurts out that she should marry Prakash.....lol yeah just like that....no build up, nothing😆....then he basically blurts out a repeat of what he said in the bike scene.....only new thing he added was that even if he develops some feelings for her, he will keep denying them....yeah he basically straight up told her he will keep denying it even if he feels something🤣.......but then came the most unexpectedly AWESOME part of this scene....Imlie BOLI....aur KYA BOLI👏.....cut down all his points so methodically one by one....first telling him this is not some FIZOOL ka rishta or baat or he would have dismissed it as her naadaani and not rushed to protect her diya😆.....and then telling him to his face that he is LYING👏.....this girl has got his number oh so well😆....she bang on told him that he's just doing what he always does....anytime he feels a little sympathy for her, he feels bad, he gets scared as if he's betraying Malini and that he feels ashamed spending time with Imlie and her family and to avoid feeling bad himself, he gets angry at her, and humiliates HER. Then she tells him she's NOT going to take it from him anymore....Go Imliya 👏😆....and then further adds that she herself is not ashamed about anything....her conscience is clear....she hasn't done anything wrong....she is nibhaaoing the rishta that her Sita Maiyya created....he can do whatever he wants, but for Imlie, he will remain her husband.....lol once again Babusahib loses the battle on this "dusri shaadi kar lo" argument....why does he even try....smh😆

Ladaai kar li pati patni ne and then NN aa gayi mirch masala lagaane.....lol@ Adi instantly switching to worried mode when he realizes what NN is about to do and then Imlie might get into trouble.....phir usko har jagah dhundne lag padaa.....haan bhai, yeh aadmi karega "baat khatam" as usual *rolls eyes*

Then came the tamasha in front of the whole village....lol I almost felt sorry for NN...she's lied so many times that no one even believed her the one time she told a truth😆.....Imlie tried to deflect the situation saying it's b/w me and my husband but it took said husband to show up to defend her for any of the villagers to believe that their rishta is legit. LOL should I even bother asking where Adi's "marzi, aadat, zaroorat" lines were coming from? Since he himself told Imlie and all of us today that he will keep denying whatever he himself feels and says😆.....Kya mahaan aadmi hai....KEH ke jhoot bolta hai....iska karo bhi toh kya karo😆

Imlie got an awesome power packed speech in the end about her disappointment in her own villagers not giving any credence to her words.....and this being the difference b/w the city and the village where she would atleast get a chance to be heard.....Poor girl went through a lot of humiliation again for no fault of hers....and once again, Adi babu...you were the cause of a lot of it cuz you couldn't control your boomerang emotions and anger.

Precap seems to be Adi trying to make it up to her....literally on his knees for her😆.....how the mountain has been humbled.....lol desperately seeking her forgiveness.....and finally, FINALLY admitting he shouldn't have asked her to marry someone else.....baby steps from Babusahib😆

I guess next week should bring another phase of realization for him....until he flips to another round of angry denial😆

Adi rofl yeh bailbhuddhi ka bailbhiddhi hi rahega😆 babusahib ki dictionary hum logon se alag hai shayad jahan end ka matlab yeh hota hai.. first off I enjoyed him bajaooing woh Prakash so much 🤣 itna subtle nishane laga rahe thay😆 rofl at his not sure you are good enough to padhao imlie and then Garv se saying ke imlie bina padhe bhi tumse ache number laa sakti haiand agreeing to stay one more day for delayed dinner plans 🤣 yeh ja hi nahi sakta..aww look at babusahib😆.. phir babusahib ka fuse uda jab unki pyari imelia totally ignored him and went onto doing her masti with Prakash WA.. kya sulk kar raha tha ke main intezaar kia and imlie ne dekha hi nahi farak 100 babusahib ka composture 0 🤣🤣 bechare Bhooke bhaithe thay kya bachon ki tarah he pouted and went what is wrong with me bhook lagi hai but khaana nahi kha rahe 😆 why caz imlie ignored him and then pondering over this new emotion he is feeling that is called jealousy ...oh boy oh boy 🤣🤣 the FB was hilarious again at his apan Ko kya farak padta hai jo karna karo apni life aise hi mast ish chal rahi hai 😆 hahah at bharosa again only if you guys indeed had that.. cut to back to present and him going this can't be true .. and imlie shows up at perfect time for him to take his ghussa out so babusahib jealousy se bachne ka seedha Hal nikalte hain to suggest shaadi kar lo🤣 I can't even with this clown🤦‍♀️🤣 but aaj admit kar lia ke agar kuch feel hua bhi to hum admit nahi karenge usse jhutlate raheinge thank you atleat he showed koi thodi awareness about his actions and himself that there is a shift but he can't accept it just yet caz his heart and mind aren't aligned.. phir imlie ne jo bajai iski 🥳 you go girl seedha seedha suna dia ke he does it to overcome his guilt he starts feeling ashamed and goes Into he is not being Sacha mode with it and that nothing will change the truth for her caz uske mann main chor nahi he can GTFO but she will still consider him her pati only and knows very well why is he behaving the way he is.. Two themes the saath and humare beech jo hai humara hai stood out again...that was what imlie said today too and adi kind of echoed too this is our personal matter we will fight we will argue but we will solve it between us too .. again point to be noted all the effort he is making to manaao her in the precap he is truly humbled on his knees trying to solve the matter acknowledging all his galtiyan letting her take the lead from here on and ready to follow.. what best example of saath and support than this.. it stood out all the more caz of the same humare beech jo hai humara hai.. they are willing to talk out matters ladenge but baat toh karienge unlike the other relationship jahan koi baat nahi hoti and bas walk outs ya groveling aap sahi aap sahi hota Hain. Zameen aasman ka farak in him accepting his mistakes here or on the other hand taking blame for those that are not his faults either to keep the force going

What superlative acting by everyone today. Even NNs screeching was so good. 😆

Aditya’s transitions - GM nailed every single one of them. Including the one where he says zaroorat hai. That hit him hard.

Imlie - her transition from this playful being into reading every single statement Aditya made for what it really was ❤️

oh man..it was such a pleasure to see Imlie in a towering rage... and got to see Aditya Kumar Tripathi Jealous. 🤣

I have to pinch myself like Imlie did when she saw BS in PD, after the takkar with her cycle. 😆 what did I see today a J BS... and IMlie who gave it back to BS, NN and the Bailbuddhi gaowalon in Spades. EVery word she uttered was so TRUE and spot on.

Just loved the writing this week and we got some solid movement in the story.

Adi who was hungry, irritated with Prakash seeing his antics with Imlie, lashed out at Imlie in anger, spouting horrible things to her. He has always done this in the past, to tamp down his feelings, his conscience, his inner voice by laying the guilt at Imlie's feet, holding her accountable for all that happened. Today the tables were turned and he is to blame for the fallout. He was irritated with Imlie as she was not giving into his demand that she return to Dilli, was strong enough to withstand his plea, his haq, his daant, dammit his charisma too 🤣

Imlie trying to move on, getting ready for the next set of exams and to be coached by the eveready Pari. I just loved the way Adi said that Imlie can get 2nd division without studying. His ridiculous pride in her intelligence was just.. 🤣Mithi is sensitive to the air and senses that JB is upset at Prakash😆

Lol Adi's hunger died and waited for Imlie to return who just ignored him.. oh man..when he burst out at her, she was like what did I do.. genuinely does not know what happened. The poor girl.

The way Imlie outed him on his lie, as a cover whenever he begins to feel an ounce of sympathy for her, was very perceptive. Great scene by ST here, she was rigidly controlling herself here, giving a piece of her mind to BS. Think today she called Adi her pati, twice.. some sukoon he got when he heard her say that. I am sure there will be many discussions around the scenes of today and the lines uttered by Adilie.

Imlie has made up her mind to focus on her studies, to get out of the patriarchal medieval mentality of the village. The way she outlined her ANGER, her frustration, her disappointment at being married forcibly, her own people mistrusting and disbelieving her, that had to have HURT her bad. Aditya was in shock, hearing her words as it has always been him who felt he was cheated by the folks of PD. It was the both of them and he is seeing Imlie's perspective now, experiencing her helplessness firsthand. Adi was apologizing and directing his words to Imlie, who was like - are you for real? You put on this nautanki.. was ready for me to marry another man, yet here you are declaring that I am your wife... if she had a rolling pin, she should have given him a whack.. on a body part that is not injured.. what is left now? 🤣 waiting for the next firing for Adi, where she is going to make mincemeat of him. Declaring that she is his wife, is not enough, he has to respect her. That is a MUST.

She is still not cowed by the bullies or the words of her NN. That strength and spine comes from Mithi and SK who have raised her to be independent, rooted and humble.

The dilli drama was at a minimum and loved the focus on PD. That said today GM and ST and everyone else were too good. 👏

I am in shock over the precfap - BS on his knees, humbly apologizing to Imliya. She is not going to get humiliated by him any more. She has had enough from Anu, the villagers, her NN, Adi everyone. She is going to rise like the phoenix from the ashes.

Babusahib ne aaj phir se apna usual half and half type stuff bola so I will need some time to parse through how much of it will stick😆

Last scene mein apart from the "marzi, aadat, zaroorat", he also added that Imlie and his relationship is a TRUTH that no can deny....bhaisaab, YOU are the first in line to deny this truth, uska kya? 🤣

Then he also added ki "Imlie akeli nahin hai, hum uske saath hain....HUMESHA".....lol how does this "humesha" square up with what he just said 10 minutes before this in telling her he will always deny his feelings for her?😆

I guess I need to see what he says to her in his apology next week to get a read on how much will stick of his "realization" this time😆.

Aata hai baat khatam karne🤣, tanke bhar ke gusse ke saath kabhi kabhi aasoon bhi hote hain🤣. He is on the tip of an iceberg, trying hard not to fall and get consumed by the force of the ocean. Ekdum bipolar yeda hai awwal number ka.

Shout out to GM and ST for their scenes today. They rocked as a team.👏. This show would have totally sucked had the actors and writers not been of this calibre.

Re: their anger....what I loved, LOVED about that confrontation was how Imlie SHUT HIM UP by calling out his lies so effectively👏....totally dismantled ALL his bullshit and called him out on how he scapegoats her in his anger each time. In that moment, I saw him feeling dazed also by the fact that Imlie so directly called out his bullshit and didn't let him hide behind his bakwaas.

Re: apology....lol yes, it's looking like that's what he will finally get around to after 2 whole weeks in PD....his bailbuddhi is NOW processing that his big blunder was the "doosri shaadi" waali baat and how he disrespected her over it😆.....so that's what he's apologizing to her for in the precap....but I'm waiting to see how he transitions from that to asking her to come back with him.....I don't think she will return on her own unless he asks her again to come back with him😆.....

And I guess this scene will be before the goons attack her....she still has her exam notes in her hand.....and then whatever comes of the rain sequence is remaining.....lol

I have to say these two, GM and ST, make a rocking pair. You just want to root for them, they have such an earnestness in playing their characters. I will say their dialogues are pretty spot on too, I mean Imlie's speech could easily have been super cheesy but instead it felt good to hear from her mouth. I've been wanting her to blast the villagers for their treatment of her (I don't personally like the whole "theyre older always respect them no matter what thing" so I would love her to lay a true smackdown on NN one of these days...)

I'm ok with Adi babu taking his time coming to a realization if this is the Imlie we get to see. That independence and strength she's always showed for others, now she's showing for herself!! Good for your Imiliya..

Adi babu, youre a complete goner. And so very bad at self-reflection. Because your actions are most definitely not of one that can khataam this. EVER. good luck with the repercussions of all this because it will be plenty. You're going to suffer so bad in the future and will have no one to blame but yourself...
