The Foundation day's programme began at early morning. It started with principal sir's speech on Elite and its students, followed by a presentation of ELITE SCHOOL, it's journey over the years, its faculties and students and its achievements.
The next event was March Past of the students leaded by Headboy Arjun Thakur carrying Elite's Flag!!
The cultural programme started then. Students, faculties everyone participated.
After the lunch break, there was the Award Ceremony. Students and faculties were given awards on different categories. It was no surprise when Ms Sen got the Most Favourite Teacher award and Raghav Oberoi got the award for the Most Popular Student.
It was noon and the morning function was almost over. People were now getting busy to make their DJ night look perfect.
Sia was strolling on the ground.
Wow, she have completed almost 7 months in elite. She never thought Elite would become such an integral part of her life! She saw Arjun coming.
Sia: Arjun! Kya din tha!! Wow ! bohot maja aya!!
Arjun: Abhi to bohot kuch baki he, DJ night to shuru bhi nahi hua!
Sia: Ha, Sama DJ night lekar itna hyper ho rahi he ke me dar rahi hoon!
Arjun laughed.
Sia: waise mujhe dance karna nahi ata he!
Arjun: kise ata he? Don't worry...just apne hands aur feet move karna parta he with music!
Sia: Agar mene kisi ki pao par step kardi toh?
Arjun: haan...yeh ek problem he...boxer ki foot he akhir!!!
Sia: Arjun!! Tum bhi eise chiraoge mujhe?!!
Arjun: Sorry, Sorry Sia!
Just then Sama came and shouted at sia
Sama: Uff Sia!! Kitna der ho ja rahi he aur tu iha baat kar rahi he?? Tyaar ho na he ki nahi?
Sia (looked at Arjun and smiled): dekha, kya bolatha mein ne? acha Arjun chalti hoon, see you later.
Arjun: bye.
He smiled to himself.
Yeh girls bhi na, noon se tyaar honge? Sham ka progam ke liye?
He looked at Sia going.
She have changed so much!! Jab Elite me uske pehle din mene uska Escort banatha...woh Sia aur aaj ka Sia me bohot farak he! In fact jabse woh Elite me reenter ki he...shayad tabse...
He didn't know exactly what have changed but he could feel that something was different now...even for him.
Anyway, mujhe bhi jana he, ja kar thoda rest leta hoon.
EVENING, ELITE SCHOOL (THE DJ NIGHT)
The entire school was beautifully decorated. It was almost 7'o clock. Students have started to arrive at the hall where the arrangements for the DJ Night were made. The hall was quite huge and was decorated to give a disco feeling. The centre area of the room acted as the dance floor. 2-3 students were already there dancing to the tunes being played.
At one side of the hall there was a slightly elevated stage where the DJ setup was made. The DJ was there making some adjustments. Amber and Aakash acted as the assistants and watched carefully.
At the opposite of the stage was the refreshments area. That place was quite crowded already. Vishal was there munching on some chips and lecturing Bonny.
Raghav stood leaning against the wall.
He looked at his watch. It said 7. Then he looked at the entrance.
When will she come?
He again looked at his watch and then looked around impatiently.
He saw Juno coming. He smiled and said
Raghav: kya baat he Juno? School to pura disc lag raha he!!
Juno: chalo Raghav Oberoi se complement mil gaya he, aur kya chahi ye mujhe?
They both laughed.
Juno: waise tu bhi kuch bura nahi lag raha he!
Raghav: Yeh konsa neyi baat he? Raghav Oberoi to humesha hi acha dikhta he!
Juno: But I wonder Sia kya pehen rahi hogi? Who to western nahi pehenti he generally! Aur Sama ne challenge liya he ki use Western pehenaegi!! Sama bhi na!!!
Raghav: Pushpa aur Western!! No way Juno!! Yeh to jaise Hot dog with Karela lagega!!
Juno: Ha! Ha! Tu aur tere examples!!
Raghav grinned too.
Kya woh sach me western pehnegi??
Raghav: Par yeh girls akhir reh kaha gaye? Aur yeh DJ program kab shuru karega? Me toh yahaan khara khara bore ho gaya!
Juno: Intezaar my friend! Intezaar! Intezaar ka fal humesha mitha hi hota he!
Just then Sama and Taniya entered the hall with Sia.
Raghav bolted upright...
