He can't see her in tears. He senses her glistering eyes even when not with her. He is crazy about her but knows he can't take a confident step forward towards her with his past casting a dark shadow over both of them. Yet, he wants her. Wants to be with her. Wants to spend every minute that he can spare with her.
Sahir Azim Chaudhary knew how to order her around. How to command her to take care of herself. He knew how to overrule her saying that her safety is his right and responsibility. But last night Arzoo saw another side of her shauhar and so did we. His hesitant side. His shy side. He was fumbling and blushing while inviting his biwi out for a date. And then she said,
"Aap jo kahenge hum karenge. Yeh toh bahut choti si baat hain."
I just loved...loved...loved his reply.
"Meri har baat maan ne ki zaroorat nahi hain. Mujhe meri ziddi Arzoo hi pasand hain!!"
Oh man!! Teer jaake seedhe dil pe lag gaya...the way he said that while looking at those flowers.
And the unbridled joy on her face as she heard that!! That smile of hers!!
Words not needed at all. Their eyes said everything. The love, the passion, the excitement, the impatience for that dinner date... Ufff...
