In todays episode where he was smiling in front of arzoo and when alone gave a tense or worried looks. Till now I thought sahir was good at faking in front of viewers but was overwhelmed by arzoo and her caring behaviour which stunned him because he never expected her or anyone to do such a thing let alone saved his life. He i think was trying to divert arzoo and maybe himself but could not divert his own mind.
