Ki there are two shooters as one wanted to kill arzoo and another sahir. Otherwise why would one try to poison him when he was in hospital other than someone who wants his wealth.

There is a possibility , that's one only way how sahir got shot on chest .

That is what i thought initially but what i don't get it how did he got hit in the chest then ... because that part was covered by arzoo's body
