Exactly it's not hate but anger and pain of betrayal for hiding the truth of being a married man . The second marriage thing that she hated all her life is comming for her so it's obvious from arzoo.

Ur post is quite cute actually.
Luv and hate r the two sides of the same coin. Both the feelings r the matter of heart. Nafrat Bhi dil se hi Hoti hai aur mohabbat Bhi. I am not saying if it's right or wrong , I am just saying how the feeling goes around.
As for Arzoo telling Sahir that she truly hates him... Saying u hate someone and actually hating them r two very different scenarios ;)
In reality, we hardly tell the people how we feel when we truly hate them.

Sahir nurtured his emotions for zeenat since 10 years, Arzoo and sahir cannot be compared , neither by the suffering, trauma or by their dedication..

Sahir till today is fighting to fulfill zeenat's promise, and Arzoo within a day is busy recieving roses from sahir's younger brother.. Sahir till today, does not ever, say anybody that zeenat is the one who betrayed him ( read self pity game ), whereas Arzoo keeps chanting Sahir is the reason for every earthquake her conditional and selfish love goes thru ... Sahir till today considers zeenat as his existent, calls her his wife, gives her an existent name in front of the world, and Arzoo within a day unties all bonds with sahir and makes the new bond of hatred...

If u want to compare sahir and arzoo then u can do it on other basis, but not on their loyality or the extreme of their love, because in that case sahir is far above than what Arzoo is.. and let me remind you all, this whole thing i am talking about is till tonight's episode, obviously CVs have the creative liberty and can butcher sahir to make Arzoo look devi and zaki the devta, but till now, these two can just dream about being as dedicated and loyal as a lover which Sahir is ...
