Why didn't Nausheen wait for Arzoo and take her along??

Arzoo coming to know that Sahir saved her from that cab guy as that guy has committed many offences in the past also!

ya khuda jab Arzoo ko banaya tou dimagh kyu nahi diya 😔...she literally believed Sahir was at back of that incident 😕...how cud she think so low of him 😕
