I totally agree with you. And if you hadn't made this post I would have.

Agreed that she is sleeping but we saw how she woke up screaming in terror just last night. Now everyone is OK with Zaki sleeping beside her and Sahir walking into the room too. All the women have left the house or what?? Forget the religion for a while. It is trauma for any girl irrespective of that. And a mother should be.. would WANT to be with her.. stick to her like glue at a time like that.

For me, there is no justification for that scene no matter what the reason behind it was.

Both the mothers in this show are weird I tell you. Nausheen leaves Arzoo in the hands of Zaki and goes off. Alvira sees her son... her strong, capable son on his knees, tears flowing from his eyes and she doesn't even place a consoling hand on his shoulder never mind cupping his cheeks and wiping off his tears. Any mother... irrespective of how old the son is would want to do that.

At this point I can neither justify Nausheen nor Alvira.

U know I don't think we should be talking like this about zaki sleeping beside aarzoo

And I agree with Suvika. Its not just about the religion or culture or country. Its about the mental state of a girl who was assaulted and almost molested. How can they let another guy, who is only a friend, sit so close to her, hold her hand and all and even fall asleep next to her? 😲😡 The last time she woke up she was traumatized and trembling! Which mother would allow that?

And BTW Suvi, remember this is not new to Sony. We have seen this kind of 'friendship' before! Sony is repeating its concept again Only here the love angle came too soon.

Lol...Vandy you would be surprised at how conservative the indians living in Britain are 😊 Our Nausheen Khan seems to be the most liberal amongst us all, we are all ruffled here but she is sleeping peacefully in her own bed, knowing that Zaki is sharing the bed with her daughter and holding her hand while she sleeps. Mom, are you watching ? 🤣 This is what the world has moved on to 😃
