the precap showed SaAz having lunch together in office...where sahir asks aarzoo if she has seen mumbai...aarzoo says yes she has with zaki...sahir stops in his spot...

just then arzoo starts choking...and sahir picks her up in his arms

he carries her out of the office...calling for a doctor

by god...aarzoo...plzzz tell me what bribe u want...just let me be in those arms for once

mujhe lagta nahi itni koi serious baat hui hai k woh doc ku bula raha tha 🤔...well the epi can only clarify it...but who knows galey mei phas gaya hoo 😕...that does gets serious
