Episode starts with Zaki refusing to marry Samaira. He says he loves Arzoo and will marry her only. Sahir gets angry and shocked. He asks Zaki about Samaira. Zaki says she's lying and he'll prove that. He says he loves Arzoo. He asks Sahir to close his eyes and recall his moments of love. Zaki says he loves Arzoo and no one can come between them. Sahir gets angry. Sahir gets a call from the doctor. Doctor tells him to come immediately to the hospital.
Kurti and Anam come to Samaira. They tell her to relax and not to take any stress. Kurti gives her a balm and Anam gives her her favourite chocolates. They tell her to be away from Arzoo as she does black magic. She gives her a taveez. Anam says not worry about Zaki and that he'll return to her in next 24hrs.
Arzoo recalls Zaki's words in her favour. Zaki comes and thanks her for her support. She says it was her duty as she trusts Zaki and cannot ruin Sahir's reputation. Zaki tells her that Samaira is not ready to do the medical tests. Arzoo says they'll only have to take Samaira's blood sample to the hospital.
At the hospital, Sahir comes to see Zeenat. He angrily tells her not to waste his time and that however he'll fulfill the promise.
Doctor comes and tells Sahir that Zeenat has shown improvement. Sahir looks at Zeenat and says he doesn't have time and won't waste a second now.
Zaki and Arzoo come to take Samaira's blood sample. Arzoo pricks her with a pin and hides. Samaira thinks it was a mosquito bite and sleeps again. Zaki and Arzoo run outside.
Sahir waits in the hospital. He calls Rehman and tells him there's no time to play games. He's ready for original conditions. He offers him 50% profit. And in return wants all the proofs of the blast and the Singapore deal. Rehman says yet Zakia and Samaira's marriage is not announced and cuts the call. Sahir fumes.
