yes I found her a bit plain and I was one of the main people that complained about her hairstyle but she definitely has improved in leaps and bounds, I say so mainly because when I showed my sis the shows promo and now when she watched fridays epi for the first time since the time humsafars started she commented that the female lead looks very different and beautiful. Her main attractive physical features are being accentuated perfectly thus the change. If you were a die hard fan of qubool hai and ksg them I'm sure just like me you would have felt that after watching the first promo of zoya that she wouldn't have the same chemistry that some other actress could have with ksg. But even then we were proved wrong coz zoya and asad's chemistry was the most talked about and every girl wanted to be in zoya's place 🤣 wat could we do, ksg, rd and hc hav that effect u know!! But I'm really glad that shivya's looking so good! Becoz evn tho i commentd abt her hair I never bashed her so booo 2 all the basherz coz shivya rocks ! !

Shivya is definitely doing damm good job and is extremely beautiful //believe she's only 22 or 23 so wish she has a rocking career ahead !
