Doctor asks nurse for zeenat sahir choudhary's test report, zeenat was laying there staring@ roof.doctor tells arzoo n all family that nausheen had kidney problem coz of tension, now they should not give any tension to her.arzoo looks@d phone and says she will take care of her.doctor leaves.arzoo tells nousheen that to keep her away from tension she will keep her phone with her.daadi asks why.arzoo tells all this happend after sarfraz's phone call.daadi gets angry on him.arzoo tells nousheen that frm today she wont talk to sarfraz.nousheen asks how can she stop calling him, still he s her husband and their father.arzoo gets angry and accuse him for leaving them.right then sarfraz's 2nd wife farah comes n taunts them.arzoo tells her they will talk frm outside.farah accuses nousheen for secretly meeting sarfraz in nights.daadi stops her.arzoo asks her to leave.farah tells arzoo ask her ammi if she did met him.arzoo says she dont wanna know anything and told her to leave. Farah insists nousheen to tell d truth, she cries.maira stops farah and tells yes she did met him.all were shocked.farah tells she will stop this and make sarfraz divorce nousheen.saying she leaves.arzoo was shocked hearing this, she left room without saying anything. She walks in corridors remembering farah's words.she stops and sees sahir infront of her.sahir was surprised seeing her there.arzoo huggs him n cries her heart out.sahir too huggs her back, huggs her tightly ( their bg song plays in bg, rooti hai khushi bhi), sahir's wife's room was near d place where they stands.sahir realized what he was doing and leaves her.they looks@eachother.sahir close his eyes and pushes her, he leaves.arzoo looks him leaving.
Zaara pacifies nousheen and tells her not to worry appi will be back.nousheen tells all was her mistake.daadi says not her, but farah's.Arzoo comes back.nousheen tells arzoo that she never called sarfraz but he did.so she had to meet him.arzoo says she is not angry with her but with sarfraz.alvira calls zaraa n asks abt nousheen, she says she s fine and they will be coming to home soon.then alvira talks to arzoo and asks where were she.arzoo tells she was worried abt nousheen.then alvira asks her if she met sahir.she says yes.alvira was worried hearing this.aarzoo says but they couldnt talk as waiting card was finished.alvira feels relieved hearing this.she cuts d call telling her to take care of nousheen n herself. Arzoo goes to meet doctor, she walks thinking about d hug.other side of d glass sahir was looking at his wife.
Next day
In his room, sahir is sitting near pool thinking abt d hug.alvira comes there and asks what happend.she asks about zeenat.sahir tells exactly as she was in last 7 years, he visits her every Friday night hoping she will look@ him, but nothing happens .alvira consoles him saying everything will be fine.she then asks him if he had meet Arzoo there. He said yes, she came there with her ammi.alvira tells him she didn't went there, but some1 knowingly send her there so she could know our secret.sahir gets angry and asks who did that.alvira said, kurti aapa.she told arzoo abt doctor khurana and sends her there so that she will learn abt our secret.cook comes and informs them that nousheen came back from hospital.
Arzoo tells her ammi that now she wont do any work and she will take care of her.a cute scene of Arzoo, her ammi m her family.
Sahir confronts kurti aapa and asks her why she send arzoo there. She tells arzoo came to her crying and she doesn't know any other doctor except doctor khurana.aapa asks him if helping that girl was her mistake.she acts like she is hurt with his words and leaves crying.sahir feels guilty doubting her.
