We at Forum 32 do not usually have a greetings from all the artists from the shows we cover related to various festivals. We stay away from mundane messages or something that everyone (read Media) does. And we in our very filmy language would like to think that we are hatke
Now, that being our basic principle, we again were following tradition and not go a week before Diwali to our sets, make all the artists repeat a line that would say something like, "Wishing all the viewers, a very Happy Diwali", over and over again and then sitting in our editing studio, snipping clips off to make an interesting Diwali message. Frankly, it is too much work. And, come on we want to enjoy a day off (yes, there is no shoot on Diwali, yipee). So we usually refrain from amassing Diwali messages.
But last evening we were working on the sets of Humsafars and somehow got talking with Shivya Pathania and Harshad Chopda who play Arzoo Nausheen Khan and Saahir Azim Choudhary and then we really realised how difficult it is to get a Diwali messages.
We of course were goofing around and we rolled the camera after we posed a question, "how would you do it?"
