She's their (Zaki and Sahir) elder brother's wife. If you look at the episode when Aarzoo first arrives in Mumbai...I think you'll know. Anyways the elder brother is kind of an unsuccessful businessman and doesn't have good relations with his wife as she is more successful than him. He has gone to Dubai for a new business venture.
