Part 1
Arzo stares at Sahir who is eating burnt toast. Alvira tells Arzo that Sahir likes this kind of toast. Arzo wonders whats the reason about Sahir being so different...there must be some reason. Suddenly Arzo's left eye blinks and Alvira asks the matter. Arzo says dont know. Alvira says may Allah have mercy.
At Lucknow, Arzo's family is being thrown out of their house. All are screaming and crying. Arzo keeps trying Nausheens number but cant get thru. She prays to Allah to take care of her family.
At Lucknow, we see Nausheen and all sitting outside the house crying. Arzo keeps wondering the matter. She notices its 11am and she is late for office. She recollects Anam and Sahirs warnings. She rues..that her left eye is blinking coz Gabbar Chaudhary is gonna kill her for being late.
Everyone rushes Nausheen to hosp as she is feeling sick. Sahir asks for new designs and all look at each other. Anam asks the matter and Linda & Arzos co-worker says .. they are with Arzo and she isnt at work yet. Anam orders to contact Arzo immediately. Arzo cant reach thru to Nausheen so dials neighbors number and asks about Nausheen. The neighbor is at hosp and is about to answer but Arzo's dadi stops him and he lies saying she is fine. Arzo suspects that he is lying but he covers up saying.. no no..she is fine, met her few days back. Arzo cuts the call with a sigh or relief. Arzo's colleague tells Sahir that he tried her number but its busy. Anam comments.. so instead of reaching at work, she is talking on moby. She tells Sahir not to be upset as Arzo is Alivras fave and mite have some compulsions. Sahir orders Linda to get Arzo at office at any cost.
Arzo calls Nausheen again and Dadi fakes and says am fine ..all is well. Arzo asks why so nervous. Dadi says .. well obviously not ..wasnt nervous even when u left for Mumbai! Arzo says.. am sure.. u all are not at home.. something is being hidden from me. Right then Linda comes and asks about the file for new designs. Arzo gives the file to her. Linda says Sahir is calling u.. hurry up. Arzo says have an urgent call to make will come soon. After Linda leaves, Arzo gets back on the call... Zara takes the moby and Arzo asks her where they are and Zara asks Dadi. She says at home. Zara says same to Arzo. Arzo demands to talk to Asharfi. Myra takes the moby and shows mock anger but Arzo is not convinced. Dadi makes fake sound of Asharfi and Arzo cuts the call. Arzo self thought ..something is surely wrong.
Meanwhile at hosp, Dadi asks Myra to get Asharfi while she reads Dua. Sister comes and asks Zara to bring meds. Myra-Zara leave. Dadi is reading Dua when Arzo calls. Sister receives the call and Arzo asks who she is. Sister says.. from Lucknow Hosp.Arzo asks which patient and Sister says Nausheen. Arzo breaksdown. Dadi takes the call and Arzo asks what happened to mom. Dadi says she is better now. Arzo asks why hide this from me. Dadi says so u dun get troubled. Right then Anam knocks and enters and pulls Arzo's hand and takes her with her forcibly. Doc tells Nausheen that she can go home now. All are sad. Zara says want her to stay here for few more days. Doc is surprised. Dadi explains that .. so she can be taken care of in a better way. Doc says fine and leaves. Nausheen rues that those who have home can go but what about us. She rues..that we cant stay here either.. how will we afford the cost. All sulk.
Part 2
Anam brings Arzo in front of Sahir and asks her if she is here to work or break office rules. Anam tells Alvira that when all are working .. ur fave is busy chatting away. She doesnt have time to come to work even. She asks Sahir ..dunno why u tolerate this. Sahir glares at Arzo. Anam smirks. Alvira tells Sahir.. i know Arzo. .if she din come to work. .she has a reason. Sahir tells Alvira that .. u know HER MOM .. it doesnt mean u know HER. Arzo says am sorry.. i had an urgent work so culdn come. Anam asks what is it..or is it an excuse. Arzo says not making excuses. Anam says.. what is it. Arzo says cant tell u .. Anam says.. u can stay here.. eat here.. roam around here. work here but cant tell us the reason.. ANSWER. Arzo's moby rings. Sahir is glaring at Arzo. Arzo takes the call and says. .sorry.. its urgent and leaves from there. Anam - Alvira are shocked. Anam tells Sahir.. look at her guts.. she doesnt even respect u Sahir. ... before today this hasnt happened anywhere..! This is not done! Anam walks off..! Alvira tells Sahir.. am sure.. there is a definite reason for Arzo not turning up at work. Sahir tells Alvira that.. i dunno her reason but i know that she is in Saiyaara ..coz of one reason & that is .. U ..! Sahir walks off.
Part 3
Arzo talks with Nausheen and asks her how she is.. and why hide this from her. Nausheen says am fine.. just a bit unwell. All are with me. Nausheen rues that.. ur far away.. alone.. dun wanna trouble u more. Arzo asks why .. if i worry for u .. so what.. ur my mom .. i am in Mumbai and u have made me .. Parayi .! Nausheen says. .ur my pride.. never think that ur Parayi. Arzo asks Nausheen to take care of herself and she tells Arzo to take care of herself and not cry.. or office people will feel strange. She ends the call. Zara suggests that they can get their tickets booked in Tatkal and can go to Mumbai & live with Arzo. Dadi says where will they live..! Nausheen says they cant burden Arzo more. Right then Arzo's friend comes and says they can stay with her.. and requests them not to refuse. All are relieved.
Alvira comes to talk to Arzo but she breaksdown. Alvira asks the matter and Arzo says .. NAUSHEEN. Alvira asks the matter and Arzo says.. she was in hosp ..now she is saying she is fine. Alvira reassures her. Arzo rues that when she used to get sick, Nausheen used to be by her side all the time but now she is far away when Nausheen needs her. She rues that.. 'Zindagi banane ke fikar me.. use bhul gaye. jisne Zindagi di'. She says .. wanna go back to Lucknow ..to Nausheen. Alvira is shocked.
Precap -- Arzo & Zaki are sitting on Zaki's car bonnet by the side of a road. Arzo tells Zaki that ..when i met u first time thought ur a flirt but think ..ur not bad at heart. Zaki says .. i was dying to hear this from u. He says.. am searching for that one girl who will be my Humsafar. Both Arzo-Zaki are laughing when Sahir notices them from his car.
