Hmmm this is interesting? I do agree that this seems to be a little full of haste, but as of now there's nothing to indicate that Sahir has any interest in her. He could just be intrigued, or like the person before me said, Arzoo could remind Sahir of someone, hence the weird and ill feeling he's getting. And if that someone is a past lady love, that would explain why he's losing his composure when it comes to Zaki and Arzoo!
