Hi Guys...OK watched it...
Just like Aarzoo, has a character flaw that she gets too emotional ...anger is one of those emotions she can't control and reacts in the moment without contemplating ...Sahir has the flaw of being too much of a stickler...Sure he was making a point about not making it a habit to go home for any frivolous reason...but the reason did not seem so frivolous ...considering she was only asking to go home a bit earlier than the scheduled time, there were no big events planned that would have stopped without an admin being there, and that she is a single mom...who pleaded with him to have this consideration...but no sir...He would have none of it...That's a character sketch ...sharp brush strokes to show how much of a hard liner he is...and they managed to make that point...

It would be very inconsistent for a such a hardliner to say sorry and send flowers to an employee...who has been there for a couple of days...and is as much worth as 20,000/- a month...which he makes a point to declare in front of everyone...to show her, her place...so that there are no misconceptions...Point made...crystal clear...

So how does a proud woman like Aarzoo...like to be shown her place? How does she react to men who think it Is their birthright to scold women ...to show them their place...she hates...it of course...It would be a very long way for her to fall in love with some one..who hurts her pride deliberately ...

That's why...it takes not one...but two people to tell her...that the one who has hurt you is hurt himself...He is really not as bad as he seems...you are meant to be together...and you will take away each other's pain...

Don't you just love the fortune tellers...? If not for them...certain relationships in certain situations will be quite unthinkable...unless that's what is meant to be ...contrary to all that is happening at the moment...

If you are going to be a bad boy...the thing you need is be good-looking...so viewers find it easy to forget about anything and everything...

Mission accomplished...black is a good color...😃And that pained expression...sure...! No need for anything more...

But he isn't a bad boy you say...!

Asking his mom...about the interns reaction ...where did that come from then? Somewhere he knows he crossed the line with his prejudices...in scolding her...putting her down...for no solid reason...
He has to know...because in all romantic stories,...bad boys are actually the good ones...just waiting to be kissed to turn into a Prince...figuratively speaking!

Interesting dynamic between Alvira, Aarzoo and Sahir...so far Alvira is taking care of Aarzoo like a Godmother...and she is very nice to Sahir too...what's cooking in her mind?

Whatever it is...I like that she is so kind to Aarzoo...

Alvira is definitely more interesting than Nausheen ...the quintessential sacrificial lamb...who tells her MIL to not talk to her son...about the rent issue...why? GO FIGURE!! What's wrong with this woman...does she take pride in being crushed? How did she even produce a kid like Aarzoo? What a doormat...

Of course...all collages are the beautiful work of Ms Shweta urf UltimateRudra...here is one more about the Dargah scene...

There is always something attractive about sweet, kind and bewildered FL in white and tough, hard jawed...ML in black...in a place of worship and a chance meeting...!!😃

What I love about these scenes...is the emotional turmoil that they have within...when they come to the place...the silence...the expressions...the camera angle...it all works together...

Please go ahead and share your thoughts girls...I am done!

Hi Sush ,

Thanks for opening a post 😃

"Anger is like flowing water; there's nothing wrong with it as long as you let it flow. Hate is like stagnant water; anger that you denied yourself the freedom to feel, the freedom to flow; water that you gathered in one place and left to forget. Stagnant water becomes dirty, stinky, disease-ridden, poisonous, deadly; that is your hate. On flowing water travels little paper boats; paper boats of forgiveness. Allow yourself to feel anger, allow your waters to flow, along with all the paper boats of forgiveness. Be human."

"I am a stickler for good manners, and I believe that treating other people well is a lost art. In the workplace, at the dinner table, and walking down the street--we are confronted with choices on how to treat people nearly every waking moment. Over time these choices define who we are and whether we have a lot of friends and allies or none."

Tim Gunn

Won't be long before we see Alvira's true colors ...Nausheen has done something right to raise three strong girls ...did she or was it Dadi ? Arzoo is in for a big surprise won't be long before the gang shows up in Mumbai Not sure what to think of Anam 😕 I missed Zaki .

Sush...nice posts...and collages are spot on as usual Shwetha...😊
While I agree about the sticking to rules part ..he is a hard liner for sure...I don't quite get why he would choose to make the point so publicly...unless it's to make sure everyone gets his drift...and no one else asks like this in future! And if it was the kids birthday wouldn't she have asked earlier in the first place...the scene seemed contrived to me for sure!

What I don't get is Arzoo speaking up...not her place at all...I mean come on...in a house where you are a guest if you speak up at some injustice there would be some justification that someone has to stand up for a cause...! Here it's a office...she is already in trouble and I don't think she has finished the task he gave in the first place...she is escaping more of his wrath because his mother brought her here clearly! In such a scenario telling him in front of all his employees that his decision is wrong is probably not something Arzoo should have done...and it was totally in character for him to say what he did!

The salary part and the outhouse part of course was for the drama...but the entire sequence seemed designed to send Arzoo to the Dargah in a sad frame of mind...but I totally feel that Arzoo was feeling extra sorry for herself when she thought about men only knowing to scream at girls!

Somehow today I could not sympathize with Arzoo!
The Dargah scene with it's symbolism was good...giving an indication that these two are indeed meant for each other!

Both leads looked very nice in the entire episode😳

I always like reading your post but this one I must say was beautifully written. Yes, like Arzoo, Saahir also have his flaws. He is bit of frivolous boss. I heard from someone with much work experience that there are two kinds of bosses. One that produce a lot and are really successful but not liked by their employees and the other are the not so successful ones that are loved by their employees. In order to achieve success and excel you have to push yourself along with others a bit harder and the downside is you're not as popular. But here he was a bit unreasonable. It was her son's birthday and he she was only asking to leave earlier not really taking an unreasonable holiday. But did he really have to yell at her in public that was my real problem with the matter. I guess as a boss he does have a right to tell an employee when not to leave.

I was one of the people who felt Saahir couldn't have sent those flowers but maybe the way you explained it does make sense. His mother told him to take care of her. And we have already seen how much Saahir values Alvira's requests. So for her sake he apologized to make Arzoo feel more comfortable in the work place. I guess sending flowers must have been easier than apologizing in person for him. But that is why the public lecture on rules and regulations followed right after. It was his way of saying I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings but I am adamant and unbending about my rules. If not the flowers will always remain a mystery.

PS. The one character I don't really like right now is Arzoo's mom. I sometimes wonder how she had a daughter like Arzoo. With all due respect the character is weak really weak.

Nice posts, Sush. Beautiful collages, Shweta. Thanks for sharing the quotes. Loved the anger one.

It is highly doubtful Sahir sent the bouquet. All in all, he does not really need to apologize for anything... yet. On the contrary, Arzoo is the one who does... throwing the phone, tricking him on the flight, etc. It is probably Zaki who has sent those... to apologize for the behavior outside the outhouse with his ex.

I found the whole thing of not allowing Linda to leave early a bit contrived. But I guess they need to emphasize on the 'Shark' side of his. There has been a slight softening of his character recently... although not w.r.t Arzoo.

And Arzoo slipped into the FL mode by poking her nose where its none of her business. Hope this is just a one off thing. Again, Sahir put her in her place. I felt this was all a build up to the dargah scene... the sudden change with the self pity.

The dargah scene was good, although it was a bit cliched. High time Saahir changed his car. The BMW has already broken down twice. 😛Loved the background score. Her man would be as damaged. And they would heal each other. Looking forward to that. 😊So, did Saahir dad also abandon him, or it is something else.

About the Nausheen-Farrah confrontation... Was expecting her to be finally able to take a stand. Too bad. She slipped into the abla naari mode again.

An interesting contrast in character towards the end. Saahir did not melt on seeing the teary eyed Steve. But had a soft expression when the flower kid was selling him the rose. Interesting.

As for the precap, ummm... no comments. Let's see how it plays out. One thing is certain, Arzoo is staying back. Let's see why Saahir made that decision.
