Pushti (Chotti's) interview:)

How did you enter the television world?
I was doing a Gujarati play when my friend happened to see me and recommended me for the auditions of Balaji telefilms. He informed me that the auditions were on and I gave
it a shot.

Tell us something about your character in the serial Hum Paanch on Zee TV.
I am playing the role of the youngest daughter, Choti, in the Hum Paanch family. The character is super intelligent, she loves to gossip. In fact, gossip is her identity. She also believes that she is a reporter. Whatever gossip she does or whatever information she spread out, she thinks maine toh apna dharm nibhaya.

What are your current projects on television?
Presently, I have only Hum Paanch on Zee TV but another serial called Sania will be aired shortly on UTV.

What do you do in your leisure time?
To be very frank, I really don't get leisure time. I am a tarot card reader and I am also a social worker so do not have any time to spend on anything.

According to you, what has been your best performance till date?
I think Kareena Kareena was my best performance till date. Though it was a negative role, People liked my performance a lot. It was during this serial that I used to receive calls from viewers abroad to give pay me compliments.

What are your future plans?
I am looking out for some offers, which would give me a chance to learn, prove myself and take up challenging roles in my acting career. So far, I have not enacted roles of any emotional characters and that is one of the areas that I want to may a foray into.
