i watched the house next door on reccomendation, i think by either mrs JB or ALD. it had great plot twist. i have stopped watching horror as I no longer feel scared watching any of the recent releases. but those old hw+korean horrors used to scare me a lot!!!

All the other horror movies like conjuring, insidious, anabelle etc... they were scary but not something that would jumpscare me. I would just look away if I got scared.

The descent always felt like beast po*n to me. With all those slimy naked creatures throwing themselves on each other and at the women.😆

The Others, Orphan, Sixth Sense definitely unsettled me and made me ponder about the concepts.

Has anyone read A good marriage by Stephen King? One of the scariest novellas I have ever read. However, it is devoid of supernatural existence. I believe that's what makes a movie/story much scarier.. when we know humans can be as scary or scarier than ghosts

I like 'The curse of sleeping beauty'. Its twisting a fairy tale into horror genre and that's really unsettling.

But then i cant watch any horror movie without getting scared so this might be lame for you guys.

evil dead. 😛... when i was kid. now it may seem very ordinary after the witch and conjuring. but at that time it scared me a lot. after that i never ever watched any scary movie. i cannot take the sounds.
