The news will disappoint many Britney fans - who are urging her to get a divorce.
Some of the singer's admirers have launched a website to make her dump Kevin.
DivorceKevin.com includes a petition begging the young mother to come to her senses and divorce Kevin.
A statement on the website reads: "Are you sick of seeing the train wreck that is Britney and Kevin? Sign the K-Fed Up Petition and help Britney remove the boil that is Kevin from herself and her payroll."
So far over 2,000 people have added their name to the petition.
