Interesting contest. I just have one question.. we can write about any character(s) in HD, but can we change the background of each character or do we have to stick to the original story?

Ex. If i want to write something on Zara.. ex. her marriage with Rishi.. do i have to sort of go along the lines of the HD.. like that she was in pakistan, and her kid and other husband.. the whole thing? or can I make a whole new character skecth. The way i want?

There is no complulsion to maintain te background of story.
You can preoare your own background to.
