NEXT DAY IN DIWAN MANSIONShe gets up with her heavyhead and cries in pain," uff ye sardard kyun ho raha hai mujhe". At then Ricky in his brown capries and black vest with his hair casually styled up in spikes, enters the room with a glass of lemon water, glaring at her with anger, knocks at the door and replies ," hangover ka asar hai ye sab".
Zara hearing his voice turns her head in his direction and keep on looking at his well toned body till he comes and stand beside her forgetting that he is in angry mood. He forwards the glass to her to which she asks in a strange manner," ye kya hai".
He replies," neembu-pani...kal jo itna drink kiya tha uska hangover bhi to khatam karna hai. Ye lijiye pijiye ise". Zara takes the glass from him making a face, drinks silently while still staring at him.
After completing with her drink she asks him innocently," aap gussa hai kya mujhse".
Ricky replies with a little bit calming down himself ,"aap bataiye ki mujhe gussa nahi hona chahiye. Kal kya kiya hai aapne kuch pata bhi hai aapko". Zara trying to remember about the last night and asks him," kya kia tha kal maine..haan bas thoda sa drink hi to kia tha".
Ricky glares at her and replies," thoda sa...wo sab thoda sa tha" and gets to his wardrobe to take out his clothes for office.
Zara making a crybaby face says," achcha ab thik hai na kar liya tha kal drink...aage se nahi karungi ab...waise bhi aapne bhi to kiya hoga drink".
Ricky denies that he has long ago left his habit of drinking and will never ever drink in his life.
At this Zara gets impress and replies in trying to save herself further from his scolding," To thik hai na mera bhi first time tha ye, aaj ke baad mai bhi kabhi drink nahi karungi". Ricky sheepishly looking at her ," first time? Isse pehle bhi jab aapne drink kia tha to kya-kya nahi kiya tha aur tab bhi maine aapko samjhaya tha".
Zara gets a little confused and asks," pehle kab kia tha maine" to which Ricky gets a little conscious and asks her," kal jo bhi hua aapko kuch yaad nahi".
Hearing whatever he is saying she gets a little suspicious thinking what might have happened the last night and then look around and then at herself. Looking at herself she get the shock of her life and with a trembling voice asks him," kal kya hua tha humare beech".
He thinks that she is asking about their last night conversation but as he turns to speak further, he found her standing behind his back. He for a moment get scared. She with fiery glare asks him," mere kapde kisne change kiye...kahin aapne to".
Before she could completes her sentence he jumps in and assures her that whatever she is thinking is not true but infact she herself changed her dress. She close her eyes and take a sigh of relief.
She then look at him minutely to which Ricky feels a little awkward and shy too and then asks her," aise kya dekh rahi hain aap, abhi kuch baaki hai kal ke baad" and steps back.
She pointing at his lips asks him about the mark on his lips. He gets confused and goes to the mirror and look through it while she asks him with a confusing sound," aur ye kal ke baad ka kya matlab hai".
He notice the bite mark on his lips which Zara gave him and turning towards her asks if she really doesn't know about the last night which she denies. He gets sad from inside not showing it to her and then telling her that nothing happened last night only she drank too much and threw so much tantrums all around and it was really difficult for him to control her but still managed to make her sleep. Saying all this he leaves the room. She thinks in her mind," kya maine itna drink kar liya tha ki Ricky mujhe sambhal hi nahi paye... awww...bichare Ricky. Lekin mujhe aisa kyun laga ki Ricky kuch chhipa rahe hain mujhse. Aur wo mark Ricky ke lips par, kahin us ladki ne to Ricky ko kiss nahi kia". Thinking all this her eyes get wide open and she get a bit angry and jealous too at the same time of that girl not knowing why is she behaving like that.
Everyone gathers at the dining table for breakfast.
Ricky and Ahana as usual like any other day having their milk competition on who will drink the milk first. Both starts sipping their milk. Ricky slows down to make her daughter win while Ahana slows down to make her dad win this time. Seeing her dad getting so slow, she with an irritating voice says," papa jaldi jaldi finish karo na" and this time Ricky finishes first as Ahana let her dad win. But Ricky can't get away with his tactics so he exchanged her milk glass with his and says," aree wah meri cutipie to bohot fast ho gai hai aaj bhi papa ko hara dia" and pecks on her cheeks. But Ahana gets angry because she knows the truth and scolds her dad," Papa aapne cheating ki hai...aap jeet gae the lekin aapne mera glass apne se change kia" and they both start their cute little fight which Smmi-A.D. are enjoying. Zara too comes and join them for the breakfast but hearing the conversation between the father-daughter she tells Ahana," beta aapke papa ko aise glasses exchange karne ki bohot purani aadat hai" and she tells her the whole incident when Rishi exchange the shots with water while betting with Manoj Chaddha ( chandani chowk ka fountain wala scene when Rishi and Manoj betted on who will drink more shots. But Rishi exchanged his drink with water and served Manoj shots and thus Rishi won the bet).
Ricky gets dumbstruk and stands up in surprise. Simmi-A.D. as well as Zara turns their heads to him being confused. Zara asks him,"kya hua aap aise kyun khade ho gae".
He twisting his brows ask her," kaun Manoj aur ye Rishi kaun hai".
Ahana opens her mouth to speak up that his father is only Rishi but before she could complete Simmi take her inside to get her ready for school.
Ricky asks her but she herself gets confused that how this incident came to her mind. Ricky lowers his head in despair. A.D. place his hand on his shoulder telling him not to lose hope and be strong. They all have their breakfast silently.
