Blame? No! i asked you the reason, but you're giving me a reply about how unfair system was. Some of your friends are saying, banners are not nice and how cum only the top 4 made it to finals? Well, if that's not the reason then please enlighten me what's the problem? Justice, okay, fair enough! just tell me what should we do? You want justice, we're ready to give~ 😳

appu i support you ye injustice yahan bohat lamba chal raha hai .or yahan kese kaam hota hai mujhe samajh nahi aata . ek banner contest tha jismain MOD ko laga ki mid cheating kar rahe hai to forum main iski jaankari kyon nahi di jab MOD ke bimar hone ki info yaha mil jati hai to ye info kyon nahi di gayi ki ab banner contest ke winner koi or chunega humko mod se bas ye answer chahiye tha magar badle main humko 2nd round of banner contest milta hai winner batane ke baad mujhe samajh nahi aata kinn logon ke yhan ise justice kehte hai. or ye 4 banner kis pemane par chune gaye hai iski bhi jaankari dena koi jaruri nahi samajhta or jab anwer ki ummeed MOD se hai to kuch logon ko bina matlab ke tapak padna jaruri nahi hai kyonki yahan koi fight nahi ho rahi hai agar aapko topic se takleef hai to aap dusra koi topic bana lijiye magar yahan MOD se puche gaye sawal ka jawab na de to behtar hai.

ab main iss contest main vote nahi karungi kyonki winner pehle hi bata diya gaya hai ese main unse unka prize lena meri nazar main injustice hai or rahega.

MOD or topic maker ke alawa mujhe or kisi se answer ya jawab nahi chahiye isliye apni buddhi yahan matt lagaiyega .

Since I have been trying to explain the whole process since yesterday this is my one last try to explain it again. Then I am out. I have explained it individually to members on discussion thread and via pms. Also that I cannot consider viewpoint of only 1 side of members ignoring others. If I have to be fair, I have to be fair to everyone here. Hence once more, the whole process how it happened. If it still is murky, so be it.

All Banners put up for voting
Banner Voting deadline , voting closed. Votes come for ALL banners
Counting done by me.
MID checks done by Sano
Those members contacted.
Those banners disqualified, counting includes some MID votes as well.
Neutral intervention seeked out, ALL banners except the disqualified one put up again for voting on DT section [ Screen shots later provided by me out here to show the voting process]
Top 4 Banners again put out for another round of voting in DT section, Entry#1 wins
Entry#1 is revealed to be made by Sano.
Results declared. Members are not happy, so voting details demanded.
Voting information cannot be leaked out, but still screenshots provided as a one time exception. [ It took me around 2 hours to make those screenshots]
Members still dissatisfied.
Final 4 banners again put up for voting.
Members still dissatisfied.
Their demand: It is injustice to put up those 4 banners, which have been legitimately selected by voting, voting results displayed.
Process apparantly is murky.
How the process can be more transparent?
members demand banner made by Sano removed and Ids of other banner makers revealed.
IDs revealed, banner of Sano not removed.
If Sano's banner is removed coz of revealed ID and voting is redone, banners of top4 and also some other members will have to be removed since everyone at this point knows who made which banner and the lobbying that went for them.

Well, I would want a proper use of words from you Neha.

TM does not have any followers here. Its just these "particular" views that we share are the same.

We are not the Mods. We are not making a decision for them because we don't want to intervene in their jobs. That everyone knows that the entry#1 is Sano di's the whole thing is biased now. She is a mod has an important role in that.

@bold Exactlyy Sano,the unfair system opted by the mods is the only problem here!!Nothing else!!Am glad you got us right!.

@rec Isnt it more than clear Sano?This whole system opted by you guys is just like the members playing on an uneven ground where one member has an upper hand over the other..I think the reason for this is very much obvious by now!! Scrapp of this contest for us if u cant come up with the right decision!!!We are not in for any sort of wrong happening with us!!

@RaSu7 - first round is over and 4 banners are selected but Mods are carerful this time about fraud which happened during 1st time of banner contest that is what their mistake is

The whole forum knows all this Tanni after soo much of efforts from our side to know the whole process!!We could have never expected to knw all this wtot our asking...

I have pointed to particular banner and showed how the choice of the forum differs from that of the members in the DT section!How cum the banner that was not in majority in such a big,open forum where soo many ppl come evryday,all of a sudden became soo popular in the DT section that it made it to the top 4?

Afte this step,the rest of it is all faulty bcs when we beginn at a point where we are already erring,I dun think there is any point in expecting fairness in the rest of the process!!!😊

And I dont think there can be any alternative of this solution... to the injustice or whatever done to some ppl

I can understand. Even I don't know what would be the most appropriate solution. But if you look at the two threads, you will see that people have all of a sudden started liking Entry#1 and that is possibly because Sano di is the moderator and nothing can be undone now.
