well...can't blame cv's for making zara negative in the show...obviously one or the other had to become negative..they couldnt make both ladies nice and sweet. but since indira's character is the main lead in the show..so it makes more sense to show zara as a villain. i am actually glad..at least now its very easy for audience to take this way clear...and not making it so confusing for us.
